L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. New modern house, heated pool and walking distance to the beach 'plage du Pradon'. The villa is also on a hill with a view of the peninsula 'presqu'ile de Giens'. The upper level has the kitchen / living / master bed and bath. A large outdoor patio gives on to the pool . Master bed is 200x200. Downstairs on the lower level, 3 guest bedrooms give on to a large wooden deck and a sand field to enjoy relaxing and play games. Beds are 140x190, 130x200 and the 3 single beds are 85x190
