On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. This large 26 m2 bedroom (on the ground floor) includes an infrared sauna, double bed, sofa bed, equipped kitchen, small bathroom and 2 m2 toilet. NO TV! Sheets and towels are provided. Free parking 50 m from the accommodation.

Quiet independent cottage in the countryside, located 20 km from Nantes and 40 minutes from St Nazaire. Large wooded and flowered garden for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. P This cottage is not wheelchair accessible. (Existence of a step between the bedroom and the living room) At your disposal equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, independent bedroom, terrace and garden. Our "ruin", as we call it, has been tastefully renovated. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the Audubon marshes, nature lovers, you will stay in a little piece of heaven, in peace. This ideally located accommodation is 10 minutes from Zenith de Saint-Herblain, 15 minutes from Nantes city center and 40 minutes from the beaches of La Baule. A 5-minute walk from the shops, you'll have access to a supermarket with a gas station and a pharmacy.

Our house is near the Loire river ("La Loire à vélo"), the ocean and Nantes. We have an independant apartment, perfect for couples and solo travelers. Quiet in a garden surrounded by stone walls. Possibility to park bikes in a garage (under owners' responsability).
