This large holiday home is ideal for stays for families or groups of friends. Completely renovated in 2024. Carefully decorated, every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and well-being, creating a peaceful atmosphere and bathed in light. Ideally located, La Grande Plage de sable de Saint-Lunaire is within walking distance (700m). The village center and its shops are only 5 minutes walk away (bakery, restaurants...). Free parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Perfect for holidays with family or friends, our house can accommodate up to 6 people It consists of 3 bedrooms including 1 sea view and 2 shower rooms. Beautiful west terrace with sea view. Shops and amenities are in the immediate vicinity. Cleaning fees are included in the price and cover all household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).

Single-storey house of about 40 m2, very close to the sea in a lovely seaside resort, an enclosed garden with arbor, deckchairs, barbecue. A recent and comfortable 2-seater sofa bed in the living room, a double bed in the bedroom, the kitchen is recent and equipped, large brand new bathroom with shower, private parking, bicycles available. (In July-August the house is rented only by the week from Saturday to Saturday)

The gray house

We have a lovely house, new built in 2013 which is our holiday home too. We have really tried to make it perfect, with top quality everything. It is great for summer, with 4000 sqm of garden, and also winter, with an exposed brick fire place. You can walk to the beach in c.5-8 minutes. Everyone who has stayed loves it. Please note, that it is not fenced - so if you have kids who wander it may not be for you
