Very spacious accommodation in a peaceful location on the edge of the Perche in the Perche Émeraudes in the heart of the Huisne Valley. Sleeps 4 with a large bedroom with dressing room and a double bed of 160 (2x80) or possible to separate the beds. A sofa bed for two in the living room. Outdoor terrace area and ample car park .

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

10 minutes from Ferté Bernard and 40 minutes from Le Mans, a pretty grangette located in a farmhouse will welcome you in a wooded environment away from pollution. Many sites (Lac de Lavaré, Lac de la Ferté, Arch of Nature, city center and Le Mans Cathedral, 24H circuit) await your visit. The grangette has all the comforts you need. You are independent in this home that has a garden and terrace.
