We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Le Refuge de Jeanne – Studio between Land and Sea

Studio of 25 m2 on the 1st floor of a detached house, with separate entrance independent of the owners. The studio is composed of a main space, with kitchen area and sleeping area and a shower room. Located in a quiet area of Dinard, you will have easy and free parking in the cul-de-sac. The house is 2 km from the city center, so it's best to have a car! Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., after these hours we have a key box.
