We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Peaceful setting with a magnificent view of the plain from the terrace. You will certainly have the opportunity to observe the animals of nature. The Tiny House has been completely redone by hand. Well insulated and pleasant, it has a kitchenette, shower, macerating toilet and auxiliary heating. A 2-seater sofa bed is arranged on the ground and above, a 2-seater bunk bed that can be folded away using a crank will delight children or flexible adults!

Pleasant townhouse 100 m from Senoches Castle, the tourist office, a lake, and the city center. Close to the forest and Huttopia, you will stay in a 60 m2 house, with a bedroom upstairs, (bed for 2 people), a living room with TV and a sofa bed (2 people), a bathroom with bathtub, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, and a small courtyard with deckchairs and garden furniture. Many walks in the regional heart of the Perche await you!

Atypical house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!
