Quiet in a green setting. We offer accommodation in the municipality of Cherbourg en Cotentin, adjoining our dwelling, but with an independent entrance, without vis-à-vis and separated by the pool. Located in the middle of a woods with walking access to the golf course. Terrace overlooking an ornate pool with garden furniture (gas BBQ available). From May 1 to September 30, your accommodation will have direct access to the heated pool (see house rules).

The house, completely renovated in 2023, has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 (one bathroom). A small garden is at your disposal with a children's playhouse and garden furniture. Small attic studio on Quai de Caligny on the 3rd floor, city center, ideal for one person. It is not suitable for more than 2 people. (please respect this) Restaurants are just downstairs from the building. Beautiful view of the port. Naval Group is a 10-minute drive. For everyone's safety, we have installed a surveillance camera in the lobby that monitors the comings and goings. There is no elevator and the staircase is quite narrow.

The property has a sofa bed with an 80x200 mattress topper with the possibility of 160x200. There's only one double bed with a mattress on it. The home has a fiber connection.
