Peace and quiet not far from civilisation ! As part of a property on the river Seine, le Nid (the Nest) is a suite duplex of 65 m2. The living room and the equipped kitchen are on the ground floor while the bedroom (king size bed), bathroom and separate toilet are under the roof, accessed by staircase. The sleeping areas, located in the attic, with panoramic view on the Seine river. Comfortable, cosy, elegant ambiance for this beautifully done-up nest, fully renovated in Spring 20232.

We offer four bedrooms and spacious living rooms in the heart of one of the most beautiful sites in the Andelle Valley. Crossed by the river and a small pond, in the heart of a vast and well-kept garden, offering varied and colorful scenery in all seasons, La Grande Aulnaie is bordered by the Fontaine-Guérard Abbey, the fascinating ruins of the Levavasseur spinning mill, and the Longboel Forest. The private woods of Fontaine-Guérard and Bonnemare are also open to our guests.

Located in the center of the pretty village of Vaudreuil, quiet, in a gated property with a green garden, our "little house" can accommodate one to two people independently. Close to Vaudreuil Golf Course, A13 highway and Pharmaparc, Pharmalog, Janssen and Sanofi Pasteur, we are also 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris by train or by car via the highway. This is a starting point for visiting the loops of the Seine, Giverny or discovering the climbing cliffs of Connelles.

Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

Our completely new boutique apartment is nestled above a modern complex at the entrance of a private and secure residence. It benefits from careful decoration and design. Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the city center of PONT DE L'ARCHE with its tipycal old town, its shops and very close to the Bonport Abbey, you can go in a few minutes to the center of ROUEN (20km) or from LOUVIERS (10km). Private outdoor parking at the entrance.
