The accommodation (90 m2) is cozy and authentic, well heated and very well equipped. On the ground floor: entrance hall with toilet, large L-shaped open room with wood-burning stove, kitchen, and south-facing living/dining room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub. A relaxing holiday, in the great outdoors, in a preserved environment, this is Estelou Cosy, a beautiful traditional house perched in the Cantal, at the foot of the mountain pastures, with its lush garden and private pool. This modest home has been completely renovated on both levels, in a cocooning spirit, from the garden (with plancha/sheltered poolside aperitif area) to the 3 attic bedrooms. We have brought all the modernity for maximum comfort while respecting the wood and stone, for this beautiful house which is one of the oldest in the village. It is located in the heart of it in a small, preserved, quiet alley. We live next door, which allows us to have a privileged relationship with our guests. Bright and functional family apartment (accommodates 5 people) located on the 5th floor with elevator access in the Sumène Tower. The pluses of the apartment: 33 m2 apartment at the foot of the slopes. Large south-facing balcony, very sunny with views of the meadow and mountains. All shops, the ESF and the start of the slopes are at the bottom of the residence. Private Wi-Fi in the apartment.
