Cottage, in a stone farmhouse 20 m from the sea and 300 m from the red cliffs and wild coves, located in Pen-Bé – peninsula between land and sea 20 minutes from La Baule –. Paddleboard and 2-seater inflatable kayak available. Renovation in 2023. Master suite with corner bathtub, connected TVs with Canal+ & Netflix, electric fireplace, gas barbecue, 2 terraces + garden, Alexa connected speaker... Possibility to rent another adjoining cottage for 4 people.

A cottage with an equipped kitchen with all the essentials to cook a good meal, a table and comfortable armchairs to enjoy a homemade meal. A new 160x200 bed (hotel quality) with 2 firm pillows and 2 fluffy pillows. 100% cotton bed linen. A bathroom (organic shower gel, shampoo, towel dryer) The lounge area with a heated hot tub to relax in. Water heated all year round at 38 in winter and 35/36 in summer. A table for an aperitif by the spa.

Pénestin is 25 km of coastline, tourist or wild beach, shore fishing, board sports, bike or walking on coastal paths. On the port of Tréhiguier you can taste Bouchot mussels: local specialty.

On the banks of the Vilaine, close to the dam and the port of Arzal, accommodation with 2 bedrooms + living/kitchen+ bathroom in a charming 17th century farmhouse. Large wooded garden (4500 m2) and heated indoor pool (12 x 6 m) in service from 4/1 to 10/15/21. On the water (access hold to the Vilaine, pontoon from April to October) : Canoeing, sailing, fishing... Furnished is not wheelchair accessible

nice house near the salt marshes (Ty for two)

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

House ideally located to navigate between the Gulf of Morbihan, La Baule, La Roche Bernard and Guérande. 10 minutes from the beaches of Damgan, Billiers, Pénestin..., Branféré animal park. 5 min from the old port of La Roche Bernard or the Arzal dam and its recreational area. We remind you that we do not allow gatherings with noise pollution.
