Excellent stay in this clean, very pleasant and well-decorated apartment. Ideal location in the city center for walking and free public transport on weekends. Underground parking is convenient in an area where parking is difficult. Excellent contact with Julie to facilitate our access. The 4 floors without an elevator make you exercise. We'll come back

An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

The apartment is conveniently located in the village of Basse-Goulaine with local shops within walking distance. This apartment is tastefully decorated and has a great terrace to enjoy the beautiful weather. Frankly, nothing to say except that you can go there without so much as a second thought. Nice studio in a very good location on the 4th floor, very well maintained and with all the comforts. Very close to the city center and buses and tram. To recommend

We were hosted very well by Martine and benefited from her wise advice. The apartment is very clean and pleasant, well-equipped. Very good bedding. Finally, everything was perfect.

Josias is very available for communication. The accommodation is as described and located at the back of the charming courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet. As Parisians, we enjoyed the silence and tried to preserve it.

We had an incredible stay at Les Roussieres. Anne was brilliant at keeping in touch in the run up and made herself available for when we wanted to arrive, along with brioche and a bottle of wine. The surroundings are stunning, and if you want to travel around there is lots to do, but with such a phenomenal house you could just stay in for the week and be perfectly happy. I would 100% recommend a stay here, if you can.

We spent 3 nights with friends (4 adults) in this lovely accommodation. Our goal was to relax and discover the area. Objective achieved with in addition, a very welcoming, friendly, responsive and very good advice. Thank you Frédéric for this stay. We were able to enjoy the Jaccuzzi which was very clean and as described. We'll be happy to go back!

Romain had already been very friendly before our arrival but as soon as we set foot in the accommodation, we felt the human warmth that emanated from the walls! A home that is not only impeccable and well furnished but also full of small details that make you feel welcome (sheets that smell good AND ironed, a little welcome note, some candy...). Thank you to Romain for all this, it allowed us to feel comforted while we came to Nantes for the hospitalization of a loved one.

great stay, incredible view, good equipment (too bad there is no small kitchen base (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar) but coffee available! only downside, the road is very busy during the week, and the proximity of the "entreponts" restaurant, a little noisy on the terrace in the evening thank you Cédric for this good stay

An unforgettable stay with breathtaking views of the Loire! The accommodation is simply superb: tastefully decorated, perfectly equipped, impeccably clean and very comfortable. Everything has been thought out to make you feel good. But the real highlight is the exceptional view of the Loire – a soothing spectacle at any time of the day, which you never tire of admiring. We were hosted very well by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. This listing's location allows you to discover and visit Nantes and its surroundings in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both household appliances and outing ideas was very helpful to us. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) made available to us for breakfast.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
