Absolutely everything is together to feel perfectly at home. Communication was fluid and responsive, the welcome warm and quick, the accommodation clean and equipped in a very complete way, the pleasant private pools and beaches, the complex stone and vac as a whole at the top, the walk nearby to Bois jolan too beautiful, the breakfast with the magical birds, the Balaou meals as good on the plate as the view... in short, the dream life😍

Clean accommodation, tastefully decorated and very well located (Place Ste Victoire and the spice market 5 min walk and the large iron cathedral just at the end of the street). Régis had very good tips and was easy to contact. I highly recommend this listing!

Travel group: We were a family with children on vacation in Guadeloupe Location: The apartment is located in Bas du Fort. Great for exploring both parts of the island. In addition, the apartment is quiet, but walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Apartment: The apartment is fully furnished. Maryse also provides laundry detergent, shower gel, and soap. There are also towels and beach sheets. The air conditioning ensures a perfect ambient climate. The four bedrooms are spacious and have queen-size beds. Both bathrooms also offer space and comfort. There's even a cooler so we can take cold drinks to the beach. Host: Maryse is a great host. She is always available and makes every effort to show you everything related to the apartment upon your arrival. The welcome fruit basket was a very kind gesture.

Thanks to Yannis for that responsiveness He was able to welcome us despite our late booking. The apartment is identical to the photos Clean, spacious and pleasant. Peaceful space! I recommend it!

Very nice very comfortable house whose common areas are all open by large doors on a large furnished terrace adjacent to a beautiful large pool. Really wow! Very clean and well-appointed house inside and out. Nice welcome by the Concierge who is very available and attentive to our comfort and is very generous with advice and suggestions. Located near the beautiful beach of light grapes. Well located for large sales areas (Carrefour and Monoprix).

Exceptional stay The house is beautiful, spacious and very bright. The exteriors are beautiful too. Returning from a day's walk, swimming in the pool or hot tub is a plus, followed by a barbecue on the large terrace. The location is ideal for visiting Grande Terre. Our host was very accommodating and available. I would highly recommend it.

Pleasant and peaceful stay. well suited to our couple and 2 teenagers. proximity to grocery store, bakery, pleasant beach. This allows autonomy in managing groceries. We had a great time at Steeve's place. The house is located in a quiet and secure residence close to the beach. The accommodation is lovely. In addition, we enjoyed direct access to the pool and private parking space. Having friends on the island, we will come back, without hesitation, as soon as the opportunity arises.

Great apartment, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The pool is huge and great for a little relaxing swim. Beautiful “exclusive” beach with good snorkeling. Restaurant on site very good. On the whole, the resort looks a little dated but the apartment is perfectly renovated. Joel was great with rapid responses when we had issues. Hello Edmonde and Philippe, Thank you so much for letting us use their wonderful apartment. The apartment contains everything you need for a longer stay. The view over the Petit Anse to the sunset is fantastic. The private parking for the necessary rental car is perfect. The location on the slope is very quiet. Mosquitoes were not an issue at the time of our stay. Internet access is very fast, streaming and video telephony are no problem, so work should be possible without any problems. Very welcoming and accommodating host to pick me up and find solutions for someone like me without a car. Very nice accommodation, as described, very good. Equipped, nothing is missing, the bedding is good, there is air conditioning and everything for a pleasant stay (beach chair, deckchair...). I highly recommend it, very good value.
