The cottage is located between the Gâvre Forest and the Nantes-Brest Canal, perfect for recharging your batteries in contact with nature.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Gîte La Perrière

A break from the countryside, close to the canal from Nantes to Brest (15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bike) and the Vélodyssée. We are located 35 minutes by car from Nantes and 40 minutes from the sea. You can enjoy the countryside, the forest, the sea and a large metropolis by coming to stay in our cottage that we wanted to be cocooning! The cottage is equipped with a key box in case of late arrival.

Charming cottage completely renovated in 2018. Original architecture, refined aesthetics and authentic atmosphere for this house with great potential. Numerous bike paths nearby. Horses and ponies on site will delight young and old!
