Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

This is a beautiful beachside villa with a private pool and wonderful outdoor dining. We enjoyed ourselves from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! The private beach is just a short five-minute walk away. Gloria connected me with Claudia, who was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and full of joy. Note: The pool is on a lower level than the house.

Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

En avslappende oase i Nettuno – anbefales på det sterkeste! Vi hadde en fantastisk uke i Nettuno, Italia, og dette stedet er virkelig en perle for de som søker en avslappende ferie. Omgivelsene var utrolig vakre, og det store, nydelige bassenget var et midtpunkt for mange fine dager. Vår vert, Sarah, var utrolig hjelpsom og imøtekommende. Hun var alltid tilgjengelig og sørget for at vi hadde alt vi trengte. En ekstra bonus var den nydelige huskatt som kom på daglige besøk – et kjærkomment innslag! Et lite minus var beliggenheten. Vi skulle gjerne hatt en leiebil, da veien til butikker, restauranter og selve tettstedet var litt risikabel å gå på uten fortau, og med biler som kjørte fort. Uber var heller ikke tilgjengelig, men heldigvis var lokalbefolkningen utrolig hjelpsomme med å ordne transport for oss. Til tross for dette, vil vi på det sterkeste anbefale dette stedet til alle som ønsker en avslappende ferie i rolige omgivelser.

You are incredible hosts and am so glad to have found you !Your attention to detail and your kindness surpassed everything else. We found family in Rome ! From giving rides ,to stocking up the frij (on arrival)sharing meals ,historical tour of the Colombario dei liberte de Augusto ,also being always available for any questions with patience. The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. I'm so glad I choose to stay at Celeste's place when I visited my daughter who was studying abroad at AUR. The terrace was a wonderful place for she and her friends to come over and hang out. It's even more beautiful and cooler than the pictures show. We loved it!! We could easily walk to any place in Trastevere or take the tram into downtown Rome (20 min). I spent a few days by myself and felt safe walking in the area and navigating to and from all the famous Roman sites. At the end of the day, I came back to a clean, comfortable, and safe place. As other reviewers mentioned, downstairs feels slightly humid but there is no mold. All the windows open, and it feels pleasant within 5 minutes. The area is bustling until about 11 pm, but after that it's quiet. The door is tricky. Use the door knocker to pull the door firmly toward you while turning the key all the way to the left, then push in. I can't wait to bring my whole family back to Rome and stay in Celeste's aqueduct apt again!

Korina and Valentina were very kind and helpful. Korina made great recommendations for local restaurants (including the great gelato place around the corner). Valentina was quick to respond when we had questions. The villa was comfortable and felt like home. We would definitely stay there again should we find ourselves in Rome again.

The place is just so beautiful just like in the pictures! Alessandro was very welcoming! We were really confortable!!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Das Apartment war war sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben auf der Durchreise eine Nacht in Diegos Apartment verbracht und für uns hat es gut gepasst.

Looked just like the photos!! Very clean and Stefania was so friendly and helpful!! We had a great time walking around the town, the views were beautiful. The only issue we faced was finding restaurants that had menu items without pork in them, as my husband and I are muslim.

Great location in safe and quiet area - walking distance to Piramide metro stop and 5 minute walk to train station with easy connections to and from Fiumicino Airport. 15 minute walk to Circo Massimo and Aventine Hill with lots of restaurants close by. Apartment was clean and tidy. Great shower! Quick and clear communication from host. Would definitely recommend.

An amazing place and neighborhood that is welcoming and all green. The location is amazing and walkable to restaurant and the supermarket around the corner was a big plus. The house is as same as seen in the website and even better. The host is amazing and she was waiting for us to show us all details and to give local recommendations. She was very communicative with speed of response to whatever we needed.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Davide und seine Frau sind sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist schlicht, modern und sauber, man kommt gut zufuss an den Strand oder die Stadt. Die Ausstattung ist eher minimalistisch, aber es gibt alles, was man braucht.

We stayed at Antonella's cottage for a week and had the most amazing time! The cottage is very private, with available parking spot and 5 to 15 minute drive range to all the places you might need during your stay. Antonella and her husband are very friendly and caring hosts. We had no problem with using the shared garden and enjoying our very own veranda and dinning space. The cottage is top notch modern but very cozy and feels like home. When next time we are back in Latina, this will be our destination 100%!

L'appartamento che offre Andrea è accogliente, rilassante e in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura. Andrea è molto accogliente, permette di usare camino e barbeque ed è sempre a disposizione per chiarimenti e consigli. Bellissima esperienza.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement. L’appartement est calme et joliment décoré. La localisation est très pratique pour visiter la ville sans être dans le centre touristique. Et merci à Sara pour sa disponibilité.

Wir hatten sehr schöne drei Tage in Rom. Giorgia ist super sympathisch, antwortet schnell und hilft direkt, wenn es Probleme gibt. Ihre Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und liegt optimal, sodass man ganz einfach mit Bus und Bahn ins Zentrum von Rom kommt. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und geben unsere besten Empfehlungen!

ich habe 3 Nächte hier verbracht und war begeistert! Die Wohnung ist modern, gemütlich, geräumig und ruhig. die Lage ist top, Garbatella ist ein sehr cooles Viertel, charmant, authentisch, mit vielen guten Restaurants und Cafés in Gehweite. Noch dazu ist die Gegend ruhig, was nach einem hektischen Tag im Zentrum goldeswert ist. man kann mit offenen Fenstern schlafen, ohne Verkehrslärm! zugleich ist die Wohnung aber ordentlich sehr gut zu erreichen. ums Eck fährt der 716 Bus, mit dem man direkt zur Piazza Venezia kommt, die Ubahn Station ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen (den Weg dorthin kann man mit einem feinen Frühstück/Kaffeestopp verbinden :) ). von der Ubahn Garbatella kommt man dann direkt zum Kolosseum, Termini, nur 1 Station entfernt ist die Basilica San Paolo.. ich war inzwischen schon das 9. Mal in Rom, nie hab ich die Lage, die Gegend und die Wohnung selbst so toll gefunden.
