Charming first floor of a guesthouse dateing back to late ‘800, just restaured. Bedroom and bathroom fully equipped. It is in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore, only reachable via feet. The window faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. Beautiful terrace facing far away the lake and the castles of Cannero, perfect for an aperitivo at sunset. Atmosphere of an english cottage, perfect for a couple. The bed is a king one, yes kitchen.

The property is a prestigious building in the historic center and dates back to the early 1900s and from the balcony of both apartments you can partially see Lake Maggiore and the Alps. "... if they're not crazy, we don't want them..." We are on a remote and quiet street of Laveno's Mombello Village, 3 km from the lake, but we dominate it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, "occupancy tax" has come into effect. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Minors under 14 years of age are excluded.
