It is close to the Prado Museum, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station, and the Airport Express 203 bus. I am happy to receive people from all over the world.

Is a penthouse, has a tinny bathroom, separate small kitchen, quite big bedroom with 1,35 x 1 90 size bed, small living room with sofa & terrace. Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.
