Small south-facing house facing the sea in the front row in a classified site because it is close to the Château de Suscinio and in a protected natural area. Sea view with a large 1900 m2 garden, very peaceful, surrounded by 2 large properties that guarantee absolute calm. At the bottom of your garden, a small wild path leads directly to the 5 km beach by crossing the bird sanctuary without crossing any roads or cars. Rejuvenating!

The Hermitage of the Valleys

Countryside location on the outskirts of Vannes. This beautifully traditional built log cabin sits on the side of a picturesque garden. Great for nature watching or a peaceful get away. Traditional log cabin is made from Sitka spruce from Brittany. 1 double bed on the mezzanine with traditional futon box spring There is one shower room located on the ground floor. Fully kitted and equipped kitchen. Cabin has a wooden decking so you can enjoy the evenings over looking the garden and trees.

Cozy studio between land and sea

Welcome to our small studio (ground floor) located at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Vannes. The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. The staircase is not suitable for a person with reduced mobility. Independent entrance, private terrace, table, garden chair, sunbathing

Apartment in the forest and downtown

This small cozy nest dominates a forest valley. The materials used, entirely natural, give a feeling of well-being that echoes the breathtaking view of the tops of the trees as far as the eye can see. You will love this south and east-facing cocoon with no view of the house, road or electric wires, only green. the hyper-center is less than 300m away. Cinema, shops, supermarket, restaurants, swimming pool, tennis court, children's playground... And the forest is in front of you!

This studio is attached to our house. Located in the countryside in a peaceful area, it is 5 minutes from the village (supermarket and all shops), 10 minutes from Vannes and 20 minutes from the beaches and the Gulf of Morbihan. The bed is a sofa bed, with a good quality mattress. Sheets and towels are provided. Just for you, a terrace, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue. Also a parking space. New home located in the center of town. Within a 5-minute walk you have a bakery, bar/tobacconist/grocery store/post office, also a restaurant and a tea room. The first beaches are located 10/15 minutes by car (Ambon and Damgan), the Rhuys peninsula 20 minutes away (Suscinio castle, Penvins, Sarzeau...), and the Aquagolfe pool 5 minutes away. We will be happy to host you, so you can visit our beautiful region.
