The newly renovated apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our house! With a total of 4 rooms, bedroom 1 with double and single bed, bedroom 2 with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with large shower, an open kitchen with large dining area, ideal for 1 to 5 people! A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

They stay in a former leisure center. This is located in the conversion status and the first two guest rooms (1davon through room) as well as toilet and bathroom, are completely renovated. Wifi available but no TV. Feel invited. Outstanding is the large sports room, which is equipped with table tennis tables, fitness balls and plenty of space. If required, another accommodation and food can be requested on request, next door in the inn.

Welcome to our new apartment. It will impress you with its modern and stylish, as well as spacious and well-equipped and comfortable furnishings. We have made every effort to offer you the best possible comfort. The apartment is very quiet with many walking opportunities with some playgrounds for the little guests. You can also walk quickly to the city center as well as take the city bus that stops right at the house.

A historic castle is perched on a hilltop, surrounded by a dense forest of autumn foliage. Towering trees encircle the castle, creating a natural frame against a cloudy sky. The structure features varied architectural elements, including towers and battlements, highlighting its medieval design.

Alexandra and Sascha are very nice and responded very quickly to our feedback and help questions. Check-in and check-out are straightforward. The apartment is equipped with attention to detail and an above-average number of items, especially in the kitchen.

A house with charm - plenty of space and a wild garden with a visit from a deer and hedgehogs - (a spider can sometimes get lost in the house) - 300 meters down the street is a baker with a lottery shop - a little further and you are in front of the castle and theater - parking is practical - because you usually have to pay for it in Coburg - we also liked - that we had Netflix and Co. on the big TV and that in the kitchen - oil - spices - coffee... are already available.
