I was extremely happy and satisfied with the place. For parking matters, ask in advance, you can purchase a full-time parking permit for the blue zone in the municipality, 3 minutes walk away. I would check in with Elisabeth again anytime. TOP

we had a wonderful stay with Heidi and Elmar in Sulzberg. The apartment is lovingly furnished and very clean. We felt very comfortable. The only criticism: the house is a bit noisy. Nevertheless, we highly recommend a stay here! We were very happy about the homemade yeast braid!

Super cozy attic apartment with air conditioning in a quiet location. Matthias welcomed us very warmly despite the late arrival and showed us around the apartment. Check-out the next day also went smoothly. We really appreciated the little things like juice, fruit, cookies and a small toy for our children or the previously switched on air conditioning and prepared towels.

We enjoyed staying in this lovely, well equipped home. Clean and spacious, in a pleasant, residential area, very quiet. Private, off-street parking right at the side of the house. 25 minute easy stroll on to the island with its very interesting museums and historical buildings. Very friendly and helpful owners.

We had a great long weekend with the family at Johanna's place. The surrounding was peaceful with nice view and a lot of places were reachable within couple of minutes by car.

My recommendation: Don't think twice if it's available – just book! You won't be sorry! The location is fantastic, with a fantastic view of Lake Walen, the furnishings leave nothing to be desired, and Annemarie is just incredibly warm→ ❤️. Particularly charming: the little lizards that watched us curiously from the window sill. We will be back!

Janine is a very hospitable, helpful, and attentive host. Her home was spotlessly clean and gave us great peace of mind during our family stay. The location is perfect—nestled in the Alps and right by a flowing stream, we enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay. The house is equipped with everything you might need.

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in the very well-equipped house. Above all, the sauna and cooling pool were special.

I was allowed to call Michaela's place my home for the last few days. From check-in, stay to check-out, everything went smoothly. I immediately felt comfortable in the apartment, where everything is available for everyday needs. A small welcome snack package completes the whole. Michaela is always available for questions. We were in St. Peterzell for a short trip with the vintage car to explore the area from there. The charming Toggenburg, Lake Constance, St. Gallen. The old house is lovingly and very originally renovated and we enjoyed living in it. Everything you need was available and even more, such as records, not played for ages :-) The house was sparkling clean and in every corner we discovered new beautiful things. People over 1.80 m have to duck their heads in the rooms (classic house just for the area...) Adeline immediately inquired whether we had everything and was immediately available for questions. We would come back, thank you very much!

Really nice appartment perfectly located in Walenstadt. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and both roomy bathroom and living/diningroom. Highlight is the nice view from the living room as well as the outside area. Fully and well equipped: comfortable beds, the kitchen incl. dish-washing and coffee machines, living room featuring TV incl. gaming console, grill in the exterior area. Some details went beyond expectations: bathroom with pleasant toileteries, complete equipment to grill outside. Location is really convenient. Aprox 10 min walk from both the centre of Walenstadt, as well as from the lake and the big playground for the kids. The area is residential area, at the very end of street hence quite and reassuring for the kids playing outside. Michaela was a wonderful host, preparing the appartment up to details, and also answering questions and helping us to make the stay even more convenient. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The apartment has some of the best views of anywhere we have stayed. Spectacular mountain scenery for relaxing in the evenings. A fantastic location to be based for hiking the Liechtenstein way for a week. All amenities you could need are provided. Bus stop 1 minute from the apartment to bring you to Vaduz with easy connections to everywhere, or Malbun in the other direction. We did not meet Sigi but she gave clear instructions and was responsive to all of our questions.

We felt at home in the apartment. The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. The kitchen is superbly equipped for every cooking experiment. The view will take your breath away and peaceful at the same time. The farm shop in the village is also worth a visit, as well as the milk filling station. Greta was super friendly and had great tips for us. We will be happy to come back.

Large apartment that is well furnished with a kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The neighbourhood is also very quiet - all we could hear were birds chirping. We also appreciated the clear instructions given by Raphael and Dianna. Overall, this is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the Appenzell region!
