New Jamesport Beach Cottage & Barn

This beach cottage had everything you needed to feel welcome and comfortable! We spent two weeks there, and had everything we need to enjoy the time. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need from an ice cream scoop to a wine opener, we appreciated the variety of glassware. Make sure to drive slowly through the complex of beach cottages, as there are many small children around. Bring some beach towels and you’re all set! There are so much to do on the north floor, and location is great for restaurants and wineries. The Wi-Fi was strong and consistent, as we had to work a little bit while we were out there. Air conditioning was great, and loved the washer/dryer! The hosts were very responsive, and you can tell they put a lot of pride into renovating the cottage and the barn. There are lots of adorable bunnies to spy both morning and evening. The sunroom was a great place to both work and enjoy some quiet time.

We had a wonderful stay at Steven and Justin's home! The house was charming, the location was perfect (on a quiet gravel road with friendly neighbors on both sides), and the backyard was fantastic. Not to mention the house was spotless. They also went out of their way to put together a super helpful guide to the area with an overview of beaches and restaurants - it took away all the stress of planning. Perfect for a quiet family vacation! We would love to come back!

Beachside Bliss was amazing. It is a perfect location - easy to get to the many wineries and restaurants on the North Fork. The apartment was spotless and was filled with amenities! There were even umbrellas, which we so appreciated when it rained during our stay! I would recommend this rental without hesitation to anyone looking for a place to stay in the North Fork and know we will certainly be booking it again when we plan another North Fork trip. Seydi made our stay comfortable and easy from our first inquiry right through our weekend stay. A 5 star rental for sure!

Beachside Paradise!!

Gina’s place was lovely, very cleaned and was exactly as pictured. The location is perfect, right by a nice beach and easy to get to Geeenport and other north fork gems. We comfortably slept five and had plenty of room around the house. The kitchen and grill were great for cooking at home and we had some cozy movie nights in the living room. We look forward to going back next summer!

Modern Mattituck Escape

We didn’t want to Leave!We stayed for a long weekend in May. A family of 7 adults & one 3 year old. This house was perfect for our stay. The photos of Ryan’s place doesn’t do it justice. The family with the 3 year old had the entire lower level all to themselves. A Bedroom, walk in closet, full bathroom, living room with tv, walkout to the back yard. It had everything to entertain including a big playroom full of toys. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, dining room, living room and well appointed kitchen. It is on the end of quiet street on a cul de sac. Behind the fenced yard were woods and marsh. Within a 3 minute drive to wineries. We couldn’t ask for a better location. Our grandson cried knowing we had to leave. I almost did too. I can’t wait to return
