Inese and her place in the beautiful Vidzeme countryside was all we could have hoped for and more. She truly made us feel welcome and appreciated. The wood fired pirts (sauna) and hot tub were a special treat! Everything in the home was done with care. Would definitely come back to Inese’s place in the future.

Absolutely lovely cabin, location is beautiful and Inese recommended places to go and how to get to the beach to swim! Cabin itself is perfect for shorter stays, lots of space for a family or medium sized groups - would stay again if I was in Latvia.

Mājiņā bija viss nepieciešamais, aprīkota virtuve ar iespēju pagatavot maltītes, pieejams arī grills. Skaista, upes ieskauta atrašanās vieta ar pasakainu skatu saullēkta laikā. Piemērota atpūtai pie ūdens, kā arī lieliska vieta makšķerēšanai. Atsaucīga saimniece. Šādā vietā ir vēlme atgriezties .

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! The location is absolutely perfect - so peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. It was the ideal place to relax, wind down and truly switch off. The cottage itself was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet nature getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Very beautiful and cozy cabin. Great details, very thoughtful. Liked the bed upstairs and the solution with foldable stairs. Although there is neighbours in 80m or so - we didnt felt their presence while we stayed there. Cabin is not very distant from highway, but this place is very quite and full of wildlife. Loved our stay!

We had a very pleasant stay at Inese’s lovely cottage. It was as described on the listing and any of our additional questions were answered quickly and in a friendly manner. Ahead of our stay, we were sent a helpful information sheet. The cottage itself is located in a peaceful place, fairly close to the capital city and other towns nearby. We loved the personal touches (great board games and various extras) throughout the house. The cottage was quick to heat up so absolutely fine for a winter stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful family get away.

Очень хорошо отдохнули в доме у Валтерса. Очень красивый дом, все что нужно для отличного отдыха есть. Место тихое, у нас был замечательный караоке вечер. Есть спортивные площадки, но использовать не получилось(пол дня был дождь) Терраса у дома большая и вмещает всех без проблем. Мы очень рады побывать в таком месте, к тому же у этого места есть своя история длинною в несколько столетий.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin nestled in a small village surrounded by lush forest and the tranquil sea. The location is truly serene, perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. While there are no restaurants or shops nearby, the peaceful atmosphere more than makes up for it. The cabin was as clean as you’d expect for a place in the woods, and it felt just like home. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze, and there were plenty of towels provided. We really appreciated the clear instructions left by the owner, which made getting in by ourselves seamless. He also kindly provided us with a late check-out, which allowed us to enjoy our last morning without rushing. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying breakfast outside each morning, followed by sunbathing on the comfortable chairs provided. Overall, this place was a perfect retreat, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind in nature.

We had an awesome stay with kids at this beautiful little wood cabin. The cozy wood burner made the space wonderfully warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing evenings. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location is wonderfully quiet, away from the main crowded tourist spots, offering a peaceful retreat. Although it’s a bit of a walk to the beach, it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a cozy, peaceful setting!

Ļoti gaumīgi iekārtots atpūtas namiņš. Ar draudzeni izbaudījām mieru un klusumu. Iesaku nobaudīt saimnieku gatavotās brokastis. Saimnieki audzē vīnogas un raudzē vīnu. Ir iespēja iegādāties saimnieku vīnus. Noteikti atgriezīsimies vēl.

We had a lovely time in Ivo's Villa. Stayed with family there and it exceeded our expectations. The photos do not capture the real life beauty. literally steps from the sea and stunning views of the water. It was very well equipped with everything you would need in a holiday home. The rooms were bright and airy, kitchen is fabulous and there is lovely furniture and swings outside where we spent alot of our time. The children loved it there especially the sea and swings outside. Perfect for adults and also families. We would not hesitate in booking again. Ivo is a great host and met us personally on check in. Nothing negative to report there are excellent BBQ facilities for outdoor cooking. I can imagine it's stunning in the winter also but we had a lovely summer visit. Make a booking for this beautiful villa the best surprise was the sauna in the house!!

The best relaxation for body and soul imaginable. The house had everything you needed and if something was missing, the owner kindly supplied it. 15 - 20 minutes to the sea or the local grocery store or restaurant (Jūras bite was great, the other one was ok, but not so good). Most of the time we sat on the terrace att the house, wrote, read and enjoyed the peace and nature around. But as we traveled by car so we did a few day trips to Sigulda and Limbaži, discovered that Sidrabiņi krog has a tiny shop with fantastic meat delicacies and and that Lembažu brewery has a good bear but you can only buy it in the local restaurants. We are grateful for the two amazing weeks and will definitely be back another time.

Iveta’s place is amazing! we were looking for a quiet and calm place in the nature and her place totally provided that. we didn’t see anyone around during our stay. all the interior details were well thought of and made convenient. she also greeted us with some fruit, jam and a bottle of champagne for the NYE. she is very very friendly and responsive. she even told us that we can stay one more night since there were no other bookings. sadly we couldn’t do it. it was hard to get back to city life after.. the place is very comfortable and has breathtaking views! i am sure we will go back there someday. thank you 🤍

Mūsu ģimenes uzturēšanās Sarnātē bija vienkārši lieliska! Vieta ir fantastiska — netālu no Baltijas jūras, ar brīnišķīgiem skatiem, lauku mieru un dabas tuvumu. Ideāla vieta, kur atpūsties no ikdienas steigas. Mājvieta bija ļoti ērta, tīra un aprīkota ar visu nepieciešamo. Īpašs paldies saimniekam — viņš bija ļoti draudzīgs, atsaucīgs un izpalīdzīgs. The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed in Latvia. If you appreciate the magic of a nature, you want to enjoy the silence and beaty of a lake, forest around you, get away from the city - it is it. Host is very warm and nice person, house has everything you need and absolutely makes you feel like you are in your personal house. Nature around makes the magic. Totally recommend!
