Fabulous 3-bedroom 2.5 -bath/shower combo gem in Lathrop upscale Mossdale District next to River Islands and near I-5 freeway. It is great for traveling professionals and families. Walking distance to shopping, restuarants, and located between three hospitals. The house has WiFi, 2 full beds and 1 queen bed plus 3 futons. Each room has its own TV and Large TV in the living room. There is an upstairs loft which doubles as an office and a lounge. A great place to call homebase while you're away.

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

This Airbnb was such a great place to stay. My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 weeks. Check in was easy and the location was great. we had a private entrance so we weren't bugging anyone and we came and went. Runping was very helpful and quickly responded to any issues we had. All in all a great experience, will definitely be booking again.

The homey vibe made me feel comfortable, and the interior and exterior with both so gorgeous! Communication was amazing, and everything was clean and pristine. Perfect for family vacations and very kid friendly. The home just seemed like a perfect fit for my group. The backyard was definitely our highlight with the gorgeous lighting and seating. I appreciate the fencing around the pool and the area dedicated for dogs to do their business. This is a perfect stay!
