Downstairs there is a single bed and a sofa bed for 2 (see photos!). Several corners to sit for breakfast, aperitif, snacking, chatting or reading! And lots of information about the island! The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

With windows all all sides you will be immerse into Famara ocean and Famara cliff. Inside and outside merge in this loft bathed with light from dawn to sunset. The 360 views are exceptional from the inside and unique from the outside. Ideal to unwind, relax, be touched by nature and the elements.
