Villa vacation rentals in Larnaca Bay

Loved our stay. Very spacious and clean. Host answered all queries very quickly. Shame there was building work going on so closely and a building sign blocked some of the magnificent view. Local site restaurant had shut down just before we arrived but we were able to take a short stroll to the neighbouring site restaurant. I enjoyed a spa treatment on site and the staff were lovely. We seemed to be adopted by a local cat which joined us when we relaxed out by the pool. Will definitely book again.

Absolutely fabulous pool and out door area for a family to enjoy It's worth hiring a car but only £15 euros into Aya Napa if you want to go out out We requested a high chair and cot for our 9 months old grandchild and they sorted it out for us no problem The beds were changed for us also pool was cleaned 2 times while we were staying. They let us pay the deposit in uk pounds and gave it back to us in full no problem Highly recommend I would defo stay again Thanks so much Christina for helping us for all our needs

Beautiful villa, bright, spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was really well equipped with Kerri providing milk, tea bags, bread and water on our arrival. In fact Kerri, the cohost, could not have been more helpful or kind, even meeting us at the airport and taking us to a supermarket on the way to the villa. She went out of her way to be helpful and we really appreciate it. The pool and gardens are gorgeous with several places to eat and we enjoyed the gym equipment and pool. Beds are comfortable and the living room is comfortable with multiple TV channels. This area does need a car. It is a 20 minute walk to the nearest place to eat and the nearest supermarket.

We had a great stay at Frank’s villa. It had good amenities and we did a barbecue dinner. The pool area is very relaxing and the lounge area next to it is a great spot to spend the evening with friends. Definitely recommend. Its in a good location, private villa complex, and the beautiful beaches are a few minutes by car away. We hope to come back soon.

Enjoyed our stay at Ernesta’s. If I’m ever back in Cyprus, I know where I will be staying!! Great location with the sea only a 2-3 minute walk in front of the property.

Hello, Viktor briefed us, always asked if everything was okay. He was very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable in the villa and had a wonderful time with 6 girls. The kitchen inventory (plates, etc.) and the toilet paper 😅 were very scarce... Surrounding supermarkets were expensive... Taxis were cheap and we could easily go to other bays... Great place to stay, it was quiet as we didn’t realise everything is closed for the season, but it was a working trip anyways. The host was always responsive and pleasant to speak to, very helpful and sorted out the cab from airport. Will visit again.

Perfect villa nice quite area close to the main area for restaurants and bars, beach at one end of the road and decent supermarket the other end all within a 1 min walk

Went away for my sisters hen do, This house was amazing and exceeded our expectations! The photos don’t do the house justice. Panayiota and husband were so hospitable, allowing us a late check out and helping us out with cabs etc. can’t recommend highly enough!

Excellent villa at a beautiful location in Cyprus. Check in was very easy and the communication with Manos from MAZ was very straighforward. I highly recommend this accomodation.

Great, freshly renovated villa with everything you need for a holiday

A fantastic value for money place - we were a big group of friends and stayed at the entire place - the outside is gorgeous. Great communication with the team, and the place is very private - easy to get to from the airport. The place/rooms are basic, but have everything you need and were clean - the outdoor space is particularly well set up for a big group with enough space at the big table for everyone to sit down (15 of us) by the BBQ, enough loungers for everyone to relax, and spend time together. Many thanks for hosting us!

We stayed for one week and I can say that it was one of the best weeks in 2017. The location of the villa is so relaxing and quite with its amazing panoramic view mixing the sea and mountains in addition to the amazing swimming pool (Luckily the weather was so nice so we could enjoy all indoor and outdoor facilities of the villa). The villa was very well furnished, clean and has all the required tools and facilities. Alison was very kind and helpful and responding very quickly for any request or question. In general, I would love to go back there again and again and recommend it for friends and relatives.

There were 4 of us in the accommodation and we loved it. The terrace with the pool was a little highlight and the large balcony. The house had all the necessary utensils and if we were missing something, the host quickly contacted us and brought us missing utensils. The area is rather quiet and you need a car but in the vicinity there are good, delicious restaurants. We liked Jackson and Tamala very much. We recommend the place 😊

It was one of the best homes I have ever stayed in. The location, quietness, architecture, and amenities of the house were really great. You can reach the host almost 24/7, which is a big advantage. Everything was very good except for the hot water problem in just one bathroom and the faucet malfunction in the WC. Overall, my rating for this home is 9

Staying at Victoria's house was wonderful. There was everything we needed, clean, beautiful house and wonderful swimming pool where you can swim freely Contact with the owner all the time, a wonderful helpful person. Recommended! The area is quiet and peaceful, privacy is guaranteed. In addition, drinks, fresh fruit and breakfast shopping were waiting for us because we arrived in Cyprus late at night. Thanks ❤️

The villa is beautiful with a fantastic pool, in a quiet, private location with plenty of bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. We didn't feel overlooked by anyone. Location is nice and central, short drive to shops, restaurants and the beaches in Larnaca as well as a 3 minute drive from Zorbas bakery. Yvonne was an exceptional host!! She communicates clearly and quickly and was extremely accommodating before and during our stay. Overall I can't recommend the experience highly enough.

This beautiful villa, nestled near the sea and boasting a spacious pool, was an ideal choice for our group of six. The ample space accommodated everyone comfortably, making it an excellent value for money. The only minor disappointment was the absence of air conditioning in the salon and the small bedrooms. However, these minor flaws did not overshadow the overall enjoyable experience we had.
