Vacation rentals with beach access in Larnaca Bay

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sehr schön, gut gepflegt, sehr sauber, beste Lage direkt am Strand und sehr ruhig. Alles nötige war vorhanden, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein Highlight war das Bett mit einer sehr bequemen Matratze und sogar orthopädische Kissen standen zur Auswahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und viel Zeit auf dem Balkon sowie am Strand, was vor allem von Einheimische besucht wird, verbracht. Es gibt sehr gute Lokale in der Gegend, zu Fuẞ erreichbar wo man zu fairen Preisen gut essen kann. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen um die Insel zu erkunden und die Lage war dafür sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit Elif lief reibungslos. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung wärmstens weiter.

Appartement très propre et pratique, très bien situé, près du quartier historique, de la plage et de la promenade du bord de mer. Stationnement couvert très pratique sur le terrain de l’appartement entre les colonnes de béton. Épiceries et restaurants à proximité. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Jeanine est très réactive et valide si tout se passe bien. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit.

Wir hatten 5 wundervolle Tage in Zygi. Geoffrey ist ein toller Gastgeber, jederzeit hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Sogar unsere Extrawünsche wie eine Yoga Matte wurden erfüllt und als der Kaffee ausging Nachschub vorbei gebracht 😍 Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bilder - super schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist wirklich super und hochwertig ausgestattet und der Blick auf den Hafen lädt zum verweilen auf dem riesigen Balkon ein. Wer gerne Fisch ist kommt hier zu 100% auf seine Kosten. Wir sind wirklich total zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles ☺️

Very convenient- although a fair bit of street noise- but not too bad. Central and near beaches/amenities. As with everywhere in Cyprus, parking can be a problem. It is not expensive but you do need to have EURO CASH for nearly all the machines. Car Parks are 24/7 nd street parking is only 1-2 hours so you need to locate somewhere that will allow you to stay overnight

Stayed here for 5 days. Easy self check in, flexible check out, very clean and you have all that you need. Terrace is super nice to chill in the evening, location perfect close to airport, beach, city centre, restaurants etc.) Jack was very helpful and super responsive. And as a welcome gift I got some chocolates and home made cookies. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Das Ferienhaus ist in sehr gutem Zustand, aussen wie innen. Es fehlt an nichts. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns eine große Auswahl Getränken und Esswaren.Dank! Die Betten sind sehr gut.Alle technischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei.Den elektrischen Sicherungskasten fanden wir erst per Telefonat , da eine Sicherung reaktiviert werden musste. Internet war sehr gut. TV konnten wir nicht nutzen, da wir uns nicht auskennen mit Netflix & Co. und keine Bedienungsanleitung vorlag. Dies war kein Mangel! Sehr gut ist der Pool, der zweimal wöchentlich sehr gut gepflegt wird von einem Profi.Sehr angenehm ist, dass ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden ist. Sehr gut ist das Haus ausgestattet mit Klimageräten in allen Räumen. Die Lage des Hauses ca. 100m vom leeren Strand ist toll, ebenso der Meerblick selbst von der Erdgeschossterrasse.Airport&Larnaca sind nebenan. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Einige Mückenfenster wären hilfreich zum Genuss der Meeresluft!Tolle Vermieterin!

Ev şehrin merkezine yürüme mesafesinde, çok keyifli bir avluya sahip ve sessizdi. Evin olanakları fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Evin tarihi bir ev olması ve güzel dekorasyonu evi daha da keyifli kılıyor. Evin önünde araca park yeri rahatlıkla bulabildim. Okan Bey’in ev sahipliği esnekliği kibarlığı ilgisi ve verdiği tavsiyeler de Kıbrıs deneyimimizi daha da güzel kıldı. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Magusa’ya tekrar dönmeyi ve Okan Bey’in evinde kalmayı sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum.

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

The house was great and has a wonderful view.

We loved our stay at garden villa! The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you would need. Cribs and high chairs were provided also. The pool and jacuzzi area were our favourite part. Just a stunning place to spend our holiday and would definitely come again. We were given later check out at no extra charge which was very much appreciated with young children. Thanks to George&Christina for always being on hand if we needed something.

We gingen met 6 vriendinnen naar Cyprus en hadden een geweldige tijd in het huis van Andreas. Het ziet er supermooi uit, heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en is heel erg comfortabel. Het zwembad en tuin heeft heel de dag door zon, maar er zijn ook zeker voldoende schaduwmogelijkheden. Een van de beste Airbnb ervaringen die ik al heb gehad!

A nice modern place, the bed was comfy and was something bigger than a standard double - which if you have stayed in greece before you will know this is unusal. I actually felt there were more amenties than were described. The host was very helpful with suguestions of where to go and with extra pillows. We couldnt get the TV to do anything but we werent bothered enough to ask why as it was our last night when we tried. I would make sure you take earplugs if you are disturbed by cockrels doing their thing at dawn (or what they thought was dawn) because they were pretty close and very enthusiastic, it didnt bother us and is very common anywhere in rural Greece. It's up a shared driveway with a private gate and parking behind that. The patio with a nice breeze looks out over olive trees, happy chickens, ducks, a turkey and the sea - which is very close. There is also an friendly relaxed giant guard dog looking after all the birds who we very much enjoyed making firends with.

Fabulous apartment, centrally located. In the heart of Larnaca. Clean , Comfortable Bed & Sofa. Walking distance to great restaurants shops. There is traffic noise but that didn’t bother us. We loved location . There is a luggage storage shop directly opposite which is handy. Car hire on door step. Finikoudis Beach & Promenade 2 minutes walk. I would recommend hobos steak house & cafe. Panos steak house. We hired a car & had a trip to Troodos mountains which was great Thanks JB - we had a great break in a great location

Wir haben exakte Anweisungen bekommen um die Wohnung zu finden und in sie zu gelangen. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Parkplatz im Schatten ist vorhanden. Aufzug in den dritten Stock. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, nicht unnötig vollgestellt. Alles was wir benötigten, haben wir gefunden. Adapter für die Steckdosen haben wir nur einen gefunden, hatten aber unsere eigenen dabei. Die Wohnung war sauber. Zur direkten Umgebung kann ich nichts sagen, da wir eigentlich die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren und nur zum schlafen und frühstücken in der Wohnung waren. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer erwachsenen Tochter hier. Kommen gerne wieder.

Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Ev tek kelimeyle muhteşemdi. İlk olarak tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Evdeki her şey yepyeniydi. Manzara harikadıydı ve balkonda çok keyifli vakit geçirdik. Konum olarak hem denize hem de sur içine çok yakındı. Hemen yakınında marketin olması da büyük avantajdı. Dündar Bey sorularımıza anında dönüş yaptı. Çok kibar ve anlayışlıydı. Ayrıca oldukça güzel tavsiyelerde bulundu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz.

The apartment sits at the end of a newly build complex still partly under construction. The area is remote but heavily under development with a lot of construction (noise was not an issue though) Close to the apartment there are restaurants and a small supermarket (to which you could walk to). The beach is less than 10 minutes away by foot and the view to the sea is immaculate. The interior seems brand new and is spotless. The place is well equipped with appliances, towels and so on. On the private rooftop, there's a pool, grill, and lots of space with sun beds for you to enjoy. Aditionally, there's a large communal pool to swim some laps.

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.

Spędziliśmy u Giorgosa tydzień. Mieszkanie idealne: czysto, świetnie wyposażone, niczego nie brakowało. Giorgos ugościł nas jak rodzinę. Przygotował wszystko czego potrzeba w domu: środki czystości, środki higieny, zimne napoje, kawę, herbatę, podstawowe przyprawy. Polecił lokalne sklepy oraz pomógł w zorganizowaniu sprawnego transferu w nocy na lotnisko. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić mieszkanie Giorgosa. Sam z pewnością tam wrócę!

Notre séjour à Chypre a été très agréable et avons eu la chance de trouver un studio très fonctionnel, agréable , propre . La vue du balcon était de toute beauté. À chaque fois que nous avons posé des questions à la propriétaire, elle nous a toujours répondu immédiatement. Elle a été formidable. Seul petit bémol : quelques coupures de courants dans la semaine et surtout le jour de notre départ : 10 étages à descendre avec les bagages !!!! Nous n’avons plus 20 ans !!!! !😂 Mais cela n’a pas été insurmontable ! Nous recommandons ce joli studio à toutes nos connaissances et espérons y revenir nous aussi dans quelques temps .Airbnb demande pour ces choix 5 étoiles moi je mets 10 étoiles !!!! C’était notre première expérience en Airbnb et avons eu beaucoup de chance de ce choix.
