Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Larkin

I booked 2 nights of total 14 adults and 2 childrens and like to review Eric house very spacious can accommodate all of us with sufficient bedrooms and mattress. He also provided us with clean bath towels and also toothbrush set. He even provided free coffee tea soft drinks and instant noodles. Very good services. Also toilet are clean and don't seem to have sewage smell compared to the previous I booked. However I like to inform Eric to be more cautious on the cleaniness of stairways as when I first checked in I saw hairs and dust not properly cleaned and my 2 childrens they played and sit on it. But nevertheless Eric house is still recommended to stay and my next visit. Thank you Eric for allowing early and late check out and also the quick responsive reply whenever I need information.

We were travelling with extended family and there were a grand total of 11 of us. We had a room each and the house catered right ot our need. Everything was clean and functional. The location felt safe and there were malls and eateries within driving proximity. We spent 1 of the day in Legoland and again, the location was close to places of attraction. Will definitely return again.

It was a nice stay with 2 families, especially if you want to be near Austin Height area. Kids enjoyed the pool despite a little small. 5 bedrooms were more than enough with comfy beds. Aircon could be stronger in the living area. Kitchen and fridge is small and outdoor but not a big concern since we did not use it much.

whatever you see is whatever you get and that's absolutely worth it. the place is huge for a my group of 4. we were there for only one night with a VERY HOT weather. the aircond works fine but took long to cook the living areas. other than that, would love to return. host was very responsive which is greatly appreciated 👍

Nice place to get together with your siblings families. Mr. ben is really proactive. Ms. su and uncle leong also helpful. communication is no problem at all. Big dinning hall for all of is to have a breakfast lunch n dinner. karaoke room is good. both 2nd floor master bed room bed is comfortable. amenities and convenience shops is nearby. and about less than 10min to tebing dato onn. automated gate with outdoor cctv. the house is quite old but bali vibes. swimming pool need to clean a bit due to the fallen leaves from the garden area. just follow the house rules especially when throw rubbish. must do it properly if not monkey will do "outdoor party" at the rubbish bin. overall wonderful experience.

super friendly and responsive host! minor hiccup with the back toilet and living room aircon but she managed to send handyman over even during public holiday! held my post wedding celebration there she was super accommodating! the place is loaded with mahjong tables, karaoke set (superb soundproofing), foosball desk, pool, loads of parking and bed space! super worth the price!

This is my first time subscribing to Airbnb. It feels like home. It is clean, tidy and comfortable. The transportation is very convenient. There are convenience walk downstairs have stores, coffee shops, restaurants, Indian and Malay food, desserts and drinks. It is a very good work holiday experience. I will come again next time. Host provided a number of homestay facilities like Netflix, hot/cold water dispenser, some light snacks. Overall the place is very cozy and feels at home. A number of good places to eat nearby, though walking could be hot depending on the time of the day. Food ordering through apps - delivery riders able to send without any issue

we loved our stay here! bathtub in the balcony was amazing! great views as well as no one that is in the vicinity to see us in there. balcony also had a table and skme chairs, which was perfect when we grab food over. bed was soo comfortable it was hard waking up in the morning. lots of space to move about and leave our stuff. in the place. there was even a sofa in the room to lay on. hosts were wonderful as well. very quick responses. instantly picked up even when we called them at 8pm because we read the instructions wrongly. was a very smooth check in other than our mistake! would love to have curtains to block out the morning sun. other than that, we hsd a wonderful stay. 5🌟! would definitely visit again.

Clean and cosy place for a short stay! The kitchen is equipped with necessary appliances, as shown in the pictures! Gym is well equipped, pool looks clean! Brian is very responsive, quick to reply to my queries during the stay! Overall it's a very comfortable stay!

Cleanest Airbnb I have stayed. Everything was in place, host even checked the air conditioner before check in time to ensure everything is in place. Kids loved the place and the fireplace (digital) looked awesome. Large living room space for 2 adults 3 kids to chill.

We had a great time! The kids loved the swimming pool and we felt very safe during our stay thanks to the friendly security guards always on premises. The shopping centre on the ground floor was an unexpected bonus! Easy access to all we needed. The place is not in the city centre but a very short commute by grab made it easy and enjoyable. Great view from the balcony. A nice place, we would go back if travelling there again. The host also provided everything we needed for our stay, overall I recommend. Please note that the beach nearby is not for swimming and not clean, please note that if you want to book and want to spend time on the beach.

Great, convenient location and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked very well and and was a nice, cool relief from the warm weather. Shampoo and body soap was pleasant and lovely to use. The place was well equipped and the decor welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to future trips.

We had a wonderful stay at WeiJian’s place with 2 kids and 2 adults. Place is clean and comfortable and there are shops and restaurants below. Host is very responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Love the unit. Comfortable and spacious. Good view of the neighborhood. Within stones throw to southkey mid valley mall. Food, entertainment, shopping all taken care of there! Enjoyed the swim at the pool too. About half the length of an Olympic sized pool. Will try to book again if my wife and I are in town!

As per advertised. Host proactively shares places of interests and local recommendations. The apartment is cosy with added stuff to make it more homely. Toys, Legos, Story books, toilet seat for kids, stool, water dispenser, and a sufficiently equipped kitchen indeed made our stay more fulfilling. Thank you Nook Homes :). My family enjoyed staying there. The place is clean and have a nice scenery at a high floor. Host is friendly, responsive and gave clear instructions.
