The place is so nice and clean, stone away from Ayala which is very good. Best place to stay in Cebu. I will definitely book the place again.

4 of us stayed at Gerald’s place for a month. It was exactly as described. Check in was really easy and flexible with the security guard on the door. His place was spacious, clean and comfortable and in a pretty accessible location to other parts of the city and especially the port. Gerald as a host was fantastic, always checking everything was ok and offering regular cleans and top ups of amenities such as water and toiletries. I would definitely stay here again. He also has another apartment on the same floor of the building was was extremely convenient as the were travelling as a group of 8.

Great place to stay in Cebu and worth the price. Minimalist design, free of clutter and very cozy. Balcony was also perfect since you can see CCLEX from there. Just some concerns (although they really didn't affect our stay so much) that might be improved on for future guests-- the sink was smelly, when we got in the first time, we smelled the stench right away and it always smells whenever we use the sink, might have something to do with the building's plumbing not really the owner.. Then next is the internet connection, we can use it for FB messenger but we're unable to watch videos on our phones and watch Netflix on TV. We didn't complain because everything was bearable. Just sharing it here to set expectations especially for those who are planning to work remotely. Overall, it was still a great stay. We'll surely go back, we loved the bathroom so much. 100% for the unit's aesthetics. The owner was very responsive and always available whenever we had concerns or questions. 💜

I had a wonderful 12days stayed in Dianne's place. Even though there's some issues with late check in coz room weren't ready, toilet is leaking with bad smell, not good internet connection. but Diannee hospitality covers it all, What I like on this area is very convenient for transportation,restaurant,Robinson supermarket, pharmacy, laundry water refilling station is just within the building..with accommodating security's as well. Highly recommended this place to others 👌

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. Victoria, was incredibly responsive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit to Cebu and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

What a awesome experience. Lillibeth went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel welcomed for the two we were there. Lillibeth and her husband was always there to answer any questions we had or things that needed to be addressed. Since I know the area very well there was no problem getting around because Lillibeth's home is close to everything. Public Market, Airport, Gaisano Mall, Cebu City and all the major attractions for tourists. I rate her home and service 5 stars. Absolutely wonderful. Great community with 24 hour security at the gate. I recommend highly. Thanks for everything.

I'm just soooo happy to have found a place for big groups! We had our wedding in Cebu, and finding a place where all our relatives could stay together, instead of booking multiple units, was a huge plus since we had more than 10 people. Ma'am Jen was so responsive, even sa laing platform. She made sure to reach out, from before the scheduled booking all the way to the day of check-in. Her assistant was also very accommodating. Although we didn’t get to stay at the house, we visited, and it really felt like home, even just from seeing it. It made us wish we had a house like that! And the kids had so much fun running around in the front yard because it's so spacious! Will definitely book again! ☺️☺️

You can expect a very peaceful and tranquil environment, that is both safe and secure. Not somewhere I would stay long term unless you just want a pool holiday, in which case you will love it. The pool is fabulous and clean. Thers lotsof shops nearby , but nowhere decent to eat apart from street BBQ or bars for that matter. But the restaurant food is excellent and reasonable prices. I used it as a go-between beach venues, closer to the airport, and for that it is perfect. If I had one criticism, it would be that they do not accept cards cash only.

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter, who stayed at this Airbnb home with her friends. I was the one who booked it for them, and I must say, we were extremely happy with the choice! They had an amazing stay from March 5-8. The home was super clean, fragrant, spacious, and well-organized—truly a breath of fresh air. Every corner was spotless, with no trace of cobwebs, making it the cleanest place they've ever stayed in. The peaceful neighborhood added to the relaxing ambiance, and the home's aesthetic appeal made their stay even more enjoyable. With all rooms air-conditioned, including the living area, they all slept comfortably. There were four bedrooms, including one on the second floor with two bunk beds, making it perfect for larger groups (they were 10 in total).

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is super clean, stylish, and cozy. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was fully stocked for cooking. The location is very convenient—close to the airport and shopping malls, which made getting around easy. The host was very kind and accommodating, always quick to respond. The only thing we’d suggest is a stronger internet connection, especially for remote work. Other than that, everything was great. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

Love the location. 10 min walk to Ayala mall. On the bus route. Laundry and 7 Eleven on the ground floor. The apartments are small But nice size for a couple. Then our a/c bill wasn’t much (2000 peco a month) Pool was great Very responsive representative Quickly desk with any problems. We will return

Booked this unit for my family and my mom loved this place!! It was bigger than usual units. 2 t&b was what we needed! Will def book this place again when my fam visits :)

Mrs. Eva is a Great Host, very responsive and helpful. The Unit is Amazing! Species, clean, 2 CR and 2 showers. Very Fast Internet!! We stayed for 4 nights and were over all very happy. Very close to Ayala Mall. If you get out of the building turn right and on the main road right again. Walk for 5 minutes to Shell Gas Station amazing Cafe! Coffee and Pastries are incredible! Must visit. Very safe condo building and surroundings with 24 guard that’s also very friendly and helpful. If you need a taxi the guard will call one for you. I will definitely stay here again once I am back to Cebu. Highly recommended! Thank you so much Madam Eva!

If you're on a budget and would like to stay somewhere quiet. This is the place to be. Home away from home. You can make your coffee, because they have an electric kettle. Cook meals as well. If you're unfamiliar with the place, you should do your grocery before checking in. Wi-Fi is great. I was able to binge on my favorite show on NetFlix. I just hope they could do something about the pressure of the water. Other than that, everything was excellent.

I had an amazing time staying at Tito's place! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. Tito was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with any questions or recommendations. The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away.
