The warm atmosphere of the wood spreads throughout the house. The two comfortable bedrooms spaced from the bathroom overlook the friendly living room and the equipped kitchen. The terrace and fenced garden, are arranged and the view leads to the sea. In Binic, the beaches, the coastal path, GR34, offer a lively site.

New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.

Villa "Glaz" with indoor pool heated to 28°

New house completed in early February 2019. It has an area of 126 m² + the pool building of 60 m². The house sleeps 8 with a maximum of 4 adults. The pool is heated to 28°C in summer and winter and is reserved for tenants. Lantic is a quiet town near the beaches (Binic and St Quay Portrieux 7km away, Etables 5km away) There are also activities (nearby zoo, golf, tree climbing etc...)

Welcome to our 96 m² wooden house surrounded by greenery. Ideally located 5 minutes from the sea (St Quay Portrieux). Guests can enjoy a beautiful living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large ideally exposed terrace. You will find all the shops nearby. We will be there to welcome and advise you (tours, activities, walks, markets, beaches, customs trail...)
