Classified as Quatre Cristaux Paradiski, it is located in the heart of the Arcs 1800 pedestrian station, in the village of Le Charvet, 50 meters from the Charvet bus station, very close to all shops, restaurants and pass buying crates. Access to the slopes and return are ski-in/out.

The residence is located 50 m from shops (supermarket, bakery, equipment rental, restaurants, ski pass offices in winter etc.) Access to the ski slopes is 100 m away and the return to the residence can be done on skis (from December to May). The property has a ski locker.

The studio is in my house but the entrance is independent with a key box. Free parking in front of the studio. My house is in a hamlet far from the hustle and bustle of the resorts, just 3 km from the center and Bourg Saint Maurice train station.
