Lovely home in the country, but close to everything. Natural lighting fills the home. The back is wooded with a creek running through. We block our bookings for a minimum of one day between guests and we deep clean after every guest. Check yourself in with a keypad and check our reviews. The house is beautifully renovated and very high tech!!! The kitchen is a dream. Loved the furniture and fire pit on the deck. Convenient to Ithaca and many restaurants/ hikes. Master bed very comfortable. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We all took turns with the massage chair every night - it was a big hit! Lorena was very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chauncey House. This is a perfect place for enjoying downtown Ithaca and is close to everything. We were able to leave our car in the driveway and explore on foot. The suite is very comfortable with all the modern touches. The two wall-mounted A/C units keeps it cool in the summer. This place is very clean, and the hosts have an obvious attention to detail. Heather and David were very communicative and getting in and out of the suite was a breeze.

We immediately felt at peace in Amy and Valerie’s beautiful home. We loved relaxing on the outdoor patio, spotting deer in the morning, and sleeping soundly in their comfortable beds. They also gave us great local recommendations and even a small Niagara Falls magnet as a thoughtful gift as we were heading there next. This was our favorite Airbnb of the entire trip!

What a lovely place to stay as we were able to witness my daughters graduation from Cornell! With many family members coming and going, it was an excellent place to gather and enjoy the special moment. Heather, the manager was especially wonderful and offered to assist in any way, she possibly could. DJ was friendly andknew the area well I felt safe and enjoyed the beautiful lake and the wonderful sunset.

Great host and great place. very well sitauted, ample parking. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Will stay here again.
