This family home is close to all sights and amenities. Located in the center of the village you will find: supermarket, bakery, post office, pharmacy, tobacco, restaurants. 1 km from the sea. 15 min walk to the nearest beach, the GR 34 known for its beauty and the diversity of its trails. Plougrescant is known for its wild environment with the famous Gouffre site. Another must-see site is Tréguier, 7 km away, a small town of character, and the pink granite coast, 20 km away.

Villa close to beaches and port (50 m).

My villa is close to the beach, the port (50m) and restaurants with lovely views of the sea and the port. Its excellent south exposure makes it sunny and sheltered from the wind which allows lunch very often outside plancha or barbecue. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Downstairs is Ker Nelly's garden with children's games where you can walk them before going to the 2 nearby beaches or go fishing on foot.
