Vacation rentals with a patio in Langwasser

The apartment was very nice, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything was super equipped – nothing was missing. The host was very friendly and everything was explained clearly. I felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the place.

We - two adults and one child - spent two nights in Gaby's beautiful apartment and felt completely comfortable there. The apartment is nicely quiet in Zirndorf and just 10 min. Drive from Playmobil FunPark. It has a separate entrance with a small front garden, which provides privacy and comfort. Everything in the apartment was super clean and tastefully decorated, the kitchen fully equipped and even some extras like a coffee machine with capsules, filtered water or some basic food provided by Gaby! This surprised us very positively and we lacked nothing on the two days. Gaby is a very kind host, she always responded quickly and helpfully to questions. We would love to come back any time and highly recommend the apartment to everyone!

The interior design is very beautiful, the space is very spacious, comfortable, and bright, so the view from the door is great. Especially the outdoor balcony, where you can lie on the bench at night to enjoy the night view and the starry sky, which is refreshing

Very nice apartment, good location, close to the city (by subway) you are in the city in 15 minutes. Communication was always quick and fast. I felt very comfortable in the apartment. Check-in was simple and straightforward! Would book again anytime.

We had a lovely girls' weekend at Julia's house. The house is very spacious, there are enough toilets and sleeping places for 6-8 people. The kitchen and dining area are huge and invite you to linger. The house is secluded in the countryside, it is super idyllic and quiet. In 15 minutes, you can walk to the village and eat and shop there. If you like it quiet and like to take a trip to the countryside, I can recommend Julia's house.

We booked Sylvia's accommodation for our family reunion as we came from all directions. It was super easy to reach by train and car. Everyone had a good room and the 4 bathrooms were also very clean. 👍 The S-Bahn is within 5 minutes' walking distance, perfect for trips to Nuremberg and the surrounding area. We liked it very much and we are already planning our meeting for next year. 100% recommended by us 👍👍

We were guests with 10 people in the laughing Lieselotte and felt very comfortable there. Everyone had their own little kingdom and the large living room and the beautiful terrace offered space for everyone! Everything takes place on one level, perfect for our slightly disabled grandfather. The furnishings are functional, very tasteful and modern, everything was very clean. Due to the beautiful weather, we always used the large table on the terrace where everyone had space without any problems. The house is in a quiet residential area, birdsong accompanied us all day. The free natural swimming pool just around the corner is awesome, very well maintained, perfect for hot days and small children. In 30 minutes you can be in Nuremberg by car, and you are also very well connected by public transport. We will be happy to come back and have already recommended the house to friends. Everything worked out very well. Hedwig was always approachable with questions and gave us helpful tips. The house has everything you need for a nice vacation. Colmberg is not the center of the world, but it was perfect for us. My grandchildren, who stayed in another accommodation, enjoyed the animals in the deer enclosure.

Beautiful spacious accommodation. The room is not super big, but because it was very nice weather, we only sat outside. This is more than made up for by the large kitchen and even larger fenced garden. Everything was clean and there were many basic products present above expectations. The BBQ is amazing!

We had a very nice short vacation with 4 adults in an interesting area! Hikes, for example, to the Walberla and excursions to the nearby area are quite possible from Pinzberg. The best way to get to the starting points is by car. The Bergkirchweih and the city center of Erlangen are easy and quick to reach from Forchheim by public transport (cheap with the Deutschlandticket, a single ticket is quite expensive for the short trip). Bamberg and Nuremberg are also worth a visit. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and tastefully furnished with a lot of natural wood furniture. A nice change is the gander Gustav, who lives in the fenced garden area and greets the guests and is vigilant. Ariane and Roman are a very friendly, open-minded and helpful landlord couple as you wish. In the village, there is a good restaurant and in the surrounding villages, you will find plenty of good beer gardens!

Great place for families! We spent wonderful days in Birgit and Kalle's apartment. We were greeted on a warm summer day with cool drinks - perfect. We especially liked the tranquility, the large terrace overlooking the countryside and the beautiful garden, which invited us to relax and play. As a child, you experience paradise on earth. Lots of toys, books, games, balls, vehicles, etc. are available, plus vehicles for outside, trampoline, table tennis, sandbox, etc. Otherwise, the apartment is superbly equipped - we lacked nothing. The insect screens on the windows are also great. Having arrived by electric car, we were pleased to be able to charge it via a socket directly at the carport. Bitgit and Kalle met us in a friendly and helpful manner. As a starting point for activities in the area and the region, the location is ideal - you can walk directly from the house or reach various excursion destinations after a few minutes by car.

My stay at Johannes’ place was truly wonderful and comfortable in every way. The house was spotless and well-organized upon arrival, with great attention to detail. The furniture was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was calm and peaceful—it truly felt like a home away from home. Communication was smooth, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and professionally. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploring the nearby area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, clean, and well-managed stay. Thank you, Johannes, for the warm hospitality—I'd definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Lisa is a very friendly host, thanks to the exact instructions on the page you knew immediately where to go and check-in was also very easy. The apartment is incredibly family-friendly and the children immediately felt comfortable. Lisa really thinks of everything, whether high-quality children's toys, children's bed linen, toilet seat, children's chairs or even her own shampoo in the shower. We were really thrilled and would come back immediately!

It was a lovely place,we felt like we are at home.

The apartment "Wonka" in the basement of the house is very nice! The house is located on the edge of the forest and is therefore very quiet. There is everything you need. Kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc. If necessary, even a washing machine. Everything was prepared for us in a sparkling clean manner. On foot or by car, a beautiful farm and the Playmobil Fun Park are just around the corner. It is also not far to the city center. We had wonderful days here with our daughter and always looked forward to the beautiful apartment after long excursions. The hostess was very friendly and the communication was very easy. We thank you for a great stay and can only recommend the apartment.

All good. Rooms are all individually lockable, so be careful not to lock yourself out at night (code was directly above the lock, so not bad). And you should be aware that the pool and garden are of course also used by the residents. Nevertheless, it was very nice that you could use it as a guest.

Perfect spot for our trips into Erlangen & Nuremberg, supermarket up the road is in easy walking distance, 254 bus stop just around the corner for Erlangen and the beer festival.

We stayed for a long weekend and were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything is great, I'd love to come back.
