Unsere sonnige Ferienwohnung mit Balkon liegt in Sichtweite des Nahe-Radweges und befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses mit Blick in unseren grünen Garten. Unsere Unterkunft ist der ideale Ort für Gäste, die auch unterwegs nicht auf Komfort verzichten möchten. Hier findest du alles um dich zu entspannen und dich wohl zu fühlen. Gut möglich, dass du morgens von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt wirst. Egal, ob du hier Urlaub machst oder beruflich unterwegs bist- du wirst dich freuen hier anzukommen.

Klein-Venedig ‚Kuscheliges Apartment‘

Dieses kleine Apartment ist etwas ganz besonderes. Du schläfst Kopf an Kopf mit der historischen Stadtmauer. Sie ist frisch mit klimafreundlichem Lehm verputzt und ist weitaus älter, als das mit 1750 datierte Haus. Bis 1897 war in diesen Räumen die „Städtische Fasseiche“ untergebracht, ein Eichamt für Fässer. Heute stehen stützende Betonwände und der ursprüngliche Boden aus sogen. Bachwacken, die im Laufe der Jahrhunderte blank geschliffen wurden, in einem spannenden Kontrast zueinander.

Our apartment "Hildchen" is also located on the family-owned vineyard in Grolsheim. Directly on the local bike path, between Bingen and Bad Kreuznach, the apartment invites families, nature lovers, short-trippers, cyclists or weekend vacationers to explore our beautiful Rheinhessen. Mainz, Wiesbaden or Frankfurt are also easily accessible by car (train connection possible from about 8 km away). The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Our accommodation is located in a district of Bad Kreuznach about 6 minutes by car from the city center. Public transport can be reached on foot in about 2 minutes. For wine lovers, all wineries can be reached on foot and in a few minutes. Our little cottage has everything you need and invites you to feel comfortable and relax. Hiking tours and cycling tours can be started from here. Pets are allowed and will be charged with €5,00 p.T./night.

The daylight bathroom has a shower tub and toilet. Washing machine is available.
