Anna & Kevin are very responsive & we felt very welcome. The house is large (we were with 4 persons) and well equipped. The garden also has a lot to offer: nice swimming pool, cosy sitting area & hot tub. A lot to discover in the surrounding area, a car is highly recommended.

Absolutely great place to stay, the host was very kind and gave us great advice. The place was well-equipped, clean, and quiet. Hot tub was very nice, beds very comfortable. Parking big enough. The place was about 10 minutes by car to a large shopping center. Highly recommend!

An extremely pleasant extended weekend in a place full of charm. Julie is cheerful, attentive and considerate. I've rarely seen such a hearty breakfast in other cottages. Likewise, we also tested the proposed meal: excellent value for money. Finally, the jacuzzi session in the troglodyte cellar ended up charming us. I highly recommend this listing.

Cour de Liege is a gem within a gem! Anjou is already a treasure in the heart of France, but Laurent and Piritta's property is a pocket of paradise. Calm, scenic, rustic but elegant. Laurent and Piritta were the kindest hosts and really made us feel at home. They helped us learn about the area and gave us the investment of their time. Our children loved the countryside property and the horses, peacocks, and natural beauty. The farmhouse gite is tastefully restored and the beds were wonderful! We didn't want to leave! One of the best spots in France:) Thank you to Laurent and Piritta-- excellent hosts and wonderful people.

We had a wonderful stay as a group. Three families with children; all found something to do their happiness in this splendid house. The common living spaces are pleasant and spacious, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and the foosball table has brought together young and old around wild parts. Our biggest favorite was the heated indoor pool. An undeniable asset to occupy the children at the end of the day after visiting one of the many sites to see in the region. A big thank you to Adeline who welcomed us so well and was very responsive and accommodating during our stay.

We had a lovely time at Rose's, too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool because the weather wasn't good!

Excellent stay. 3 nights here. Ideal to unwind. Erwan is a really friendly and attentive host. The private jacuzzi is a big plus as well as the outdoor spaces to enjoy the sun and small aperitifs 😉 The accommodation is well equipped and very clean. So we recommend the place without hesitation.

This tranquil place is perfect for a stop over or as a base to explore the region. It is close to the motorway and yet far enough from it no to be heard. There is a medium size supermarket and a large pet store nearby which is convenient. The village itself is worth a visit, especially on market day. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding of great quality. The log burner is user friendly and efficient. There is plenty of wood made available. The grounds are vast and very pleasant. Our labrador took full advantage of them. The owner is very friendly towards both dogs and people. The mairie has recently changed the street numbers but google has yet to receive the memo so it sends you to the wrong address. Make sure you double check the address with the owner before your arrival. This was a real find for us after travelling through France for 3 months. It is a perfect mid way stop over if you are travelling up or down on the west coast, especially with a dog. We'll be back:)

We immediately felt at home. The living room is large and warm, we enjoyed the particularly quiet environment and the private garden with terrace and barbecue.

Extraordinary rental, very spacious and very clean, very functional...peaceful: a real little haven of peace located in the middle of the tourist sites of the Loire castles. House located in a park with trees, fruit trees, games for children, barbecue... really everything was perfect... and Eric was really charming, listening to us, very welcoming. It's clear that if we come back to the area, we'll come back to Eric's.

Our stay at the little house was wonderful. The accommodation is a peaceful haven in the heart of a cottage where everyone has their privacy. Between visiting castles and sunbathing by the pool, time passes peacefully. Our hosts were of rare kindness. A smile, a little wave of the hand, they are present without ever imposing themselves. We came for an equestrian competition and Karine's accommodation is a 7-minute drive. There was everything we needed during our stay and Karine was very welcoming. The house is very quiet and perfectly equipped. We'll be back for future competitions.

A small cottage in a peaceful environment, in the homeland of Rabelais. Chinon is nearby. The accommodation is very pleasant and well-equipped with a garden and terrace. The host is attentive for a simple check-in.

Great host who are accessible. the impeccable accommodation, clean with the necessities ( tea towels, the number of dishes that allowed us to make two meals without running the dishwasher, necessary for seasoning, toilet paper, air freshener bomb, heating or air conditioning we didn't need it, towel, shower outlet, board games, outdoor games). Very quiet, pleasant environment. The pool is clean, large enough, covered, pleasant for this season.

We enjoyed our stay, the cottage was nice and roomy, true to the photos. Great value for the price. Agnès left plenty of recommendations, which would've been helpful if we didn't already have our itinerary planned. The only restaurant within walking distance was delicious, so that was a plus. I don't know that it would've been convenient if we didn't have our own vehicle. Definitely do your research on public transit if you aren't driving in. If you plan to rent a bike, be prepared for a bit of an uphill. Also worth mentioning because it wasn't clear in the listing: we were provided an absolute minimum of the basics (e.g. not even a full roll of toilet paper, nearly empty bottle of shower gel, tiny amount of olive oil left in the kitchen). For a short stay, you may want to bring your basics from home to avoid having to stock up unnecessarily on items you won't finish during your stay.

We spent a very relaxing week, exploring the Loire Valley during the day, taking a swim in the afternoon and enjoying a barbecue in the evening. It was a very good place for us to slow down… You will have a regular and enjoyable visitor though - Sandra’s friendly black cat likes to come over.

A great stay in a superb and extremely relaxing site - ideal for a stay with family - Fabienne and her husband are very friendly and develop a very nice project.

Pam and Ingemar were just so nice ! They looked after us so well ( delicious home made bread ,food in the fridge) and their cottage is very confortable, in the middle of nature. It's peaceful and quite. Wonderful to rest. The zoo is roughly 8 minutes driving. We hope to come back !

First of all, the estate is surrounded by nature, near Saumur. Many visits within a limited perimeter. For children, the pool is very nice for a return visit. The apartment suited us perfectly for the 3 of us.

Annie and Thierry are very good hosts. They responded very quickly to our questions and queries. Lots to explore within a thirty minute drive. Saumur is exceptionally beautiful, Angers is very busy! Great onsite parking and very secure area for young children and a little active dog! Great outdoor seating area and BBQ, as equally comfortable inside. Quality furnishing. Two double bedrooms with en-suite shower room. Beds very comfortable. Children’s games, thoroughly enjoyed by our grandchildren. Lots of information on places to see, things to do. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone wanting a peaceful place to rest after a busy day exploring.
