The apartment is really beautiful and offers a great view of the mountains. Especially on the balcony, it is great to recover from everyday life. Veronika was super friendly and gave us helpful tips for the region. Really a great place for a getaway!

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

It was a great place to stay with a great view. The host was very kind, the room was kept clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

Beautiful, super beautiful, gorgeous. Simply wow! ⭐️ I spent a few wonderful days and my birthday there with my family! Beautiful area, great apartment with everything your heart desires and really clean. Stylishly furnished and the kitchen is superbly equipped to cook there yourself. The beds are super comfortable and even our two teenagers thought the trampoline on the large terrace was super cool. An earlier check-in was also feasible. Thus, we were able to make full use of the 1st day of vacation. We will definitely come back to Kate and look forward to the next time in the beautiful Ötztal. Thanks very much. 🫶🏻

We had a wonderful time in Kichl's Homebase. It all worked out from front to back. Anni and Bernd were super friendly, always available and accommodating. The apartment is super clean and modernly furnished. I just say arrive and feel good. After a long day of hiking, we even got freshly baked cakes. We can recommend the accommodation 100% and will definitely come back. Thank you dear Anni and Bernd that we were able to spend such a great time with you.

Nikolaus' accommodation is definitely hard to beat in terms of value for money. For a more than fair price, guests have a nice, large balcony, a really super comfortable bed (unusual for us: we really slept fantastically throughout the entire stay) and the historic old town of Isny within walking distance. Parking in front of the house was almost always available and if not, it is not bad to switch to the 100m away, really very cheap paid parking. For us, a personal highlight: the small mini dishwasher - something that is not available in many apartments in this price range.

Modern and high-quality furnished apartment. We were here with friends for a few nights and enjoyed it very much. Tasteful and clean. Had a great and uncomplicated stay. Highly recommended!

The house is an architectural gem with great views. The clear line and the reduction to a few materials (wood) is complemented by high-quality furniture. The upholstered furniture and textiles such as pillows and carpet, but also the pictures and books give the living room a feel-good atmosphere. An additional plus is the cleverly integrated sauna in the basement with a loggia that is not visible from the outside. We felt very comfortable in the house and would be happy to come back.

This Airbnb was the best I've ever stayed in. First, because Mikhail was extremely nice to welcome us and explain everything about the house. Second, because everything was new, clean and cozy! I recommend it and would come back! Thank you ❤️

The place was top-notch, just like the hosts. Everything was super clean. Norbert and Klaudia are very nice, attentive and helpful hosts. We felt very comfortable. The surroundings as well as the views were spectacular. If you value nature and a quiet neighborhood, you are definitely in the right place! Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and exquisitely furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was predicted. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the lots of wood. From Großweil you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. Thank you very much, Simon and Sabrina.

Nice apartment in serene alpine mountains. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. Everything you need is available for a fair price. Driving up the windy narrow roads requires a bit of skill, but it’s absolutely worth it.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace and quiet we were hoping for amidst this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but still discreet. The apartment is located in the same building and yet it feels very private. We can highly recommend this place and we would vacation here again any time.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

We just felt comfortable! The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated. Everything you need is there! Plenty of space for two. The many windows and the protected balcony make the attic apartment bright and friendly. Despite snow and low temperatures, we were able to sit on the balcony in the sun for a while. The contact was prompt and friendly before and during arrival. And... Simone surprised us with tangerines and nuts. For us, the apartment was perfect

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast overlooking the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely comfortable – almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, it was even possible for us to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: “Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?” I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶

We had a great weekend in the very nice accommodation. The connection and arrival was very simple and the communication with Gabi was smooth and also on short-term difficulties (we were locked out) was quick to respond. The apartment is modern and the kitchen offers a good selection of accessories. We will be happy to come back.
