We think Zeddam is a beautiful area where you can enjoy hiking and biking. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are nearby. In the apartment, all the necessities are available to cook, stay, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was also done to make us feel comfortable. In short, we can recommend this apartment to anyone.

My colleague had a very pleasant accommodation .The house was great , clean and comfortable .Most important the host was kind and very helpful .I would gladly visit again this house , i totally recommend it .

The place was very nice and Simone responded very quickly to my messages. The bikes are a nice extra, making the center easier to get to. The apartment is also close by a nice park and supermarket. in general a very clean and nice place to stay!

We stayed there for a week with two kids. The house is huge and there is enough space for everyone. It is well equipped and there are also various things for children. The location of the house is good, there is shopping in the village or larger then in the neighboring village. In the radius of 25-30 minutes you have reached a lot. Various zoos, lakes, amusement parks and business opportunities are within a short drive. Communication with the owner as well as with the host was always hassle-free. We enjoyed it all.

Diny was a very welcoming and kind host. The house was large and included a big indoor fireplace, outdoor firepit, a two person sauna and a well equipped kitchen! We found the place to be very clean & the pillows were very comfortable!

We loved our stay in Wanroij very much. After a friendly welcome with some goodies, we were able to enjoy the swimming pool and garden every day for two weeks. In addition, we were also allowed to use the electric BBQ and the wonderful sauna. The bed is nice and the internet is fast. There are enough facilities to prepare a good meal in the kitchen. We also had a nice meal in the neighborhood (Mill) with the neighbor, if you stay here that is definitely recommended. The Appie is a 1-minute walk away, super convenient for BBQ stuff or sandwiches. We would love to come back!

We had the most amazing stay at Nicols. We were 2 families with 4 children under 9. There was lots of toys and activities such as a trampoline and swing to keep the kids entertained while the adults relaxed in view in the the beautiful sunroom. There was plenty of room for 2 families and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The town if Overloon is an easy 10 minute walk away and has a good supermarket, some lovely restaurants, an ice cream parlour and a couple of bars. The house is located right beside a lovely zoo and there are many family friendly amenities in the area. I would certainly recommend Nicols beautiful home!

It was amazing. Anna was a super host, helped us with any questions. Asked about how are we, and showed interest in things. I recommend her to anyone!

Lonneke is a great hostess. She is always available and quick to answer our questions and give us some tips about Eindhoven. The apartment is comfortable and very close to the center, we were four people and it is ideal for us

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

Bart is a great Host who takes really good care of his visitors. He gave really good recommendations about restaurants, bars etc. We as a Group had a great stay!

We had a great time at Eefje's place. The place is spacious and met all of our expectations. The outside is perfect for breakfast. the two bikes available allowed us to discover the city and put us in the shoes of Dutch. The two cats are very cute and sociable

We had a wonderful month-long stay at Robert's place on St. Annastraat Nijmegen. This unique dwelling is very spacious with high ceilings and is artfully styled. The two level apartment is full of light, and is peaceful with friendly neighbors, a great kitchen with lovely large dining table and a delightfully private enclosed patio garden. The dedicated workspace was a great bonus. The bed upstairs is comfortable with fresh linens and plenty of closet space to unpack and store belongings. We really appreciated the thoughtful intentionality and soul in the design and decor. It felt very much like someone's much-loved home & therefore made us feel very comfortable in Nijmegen. Thank you Robert and big gratitude to neighbor Mary-Ann who was so kind and helpful to us during our stay.

We had a great weekend with friends, super pool and beautiful outdoor kitchen! It was great!
