If you're coming to Tampa for more than 2 weeks, LOOK NO FURTHER! This property is going to be your FAVORITE place to stay! Being right outside of the hustle and bustle of Tampa, this home is quite, pristine and well kept. The lake in the backyard is stunning and we fished every day! You can have dinners on the boat dock and enjoy the sunset and the birds flying by. It was an oasis for us while we stayed for 5 weeks for a medical trip. The home is clean and had the best stocked spice pantry for cooking needs. Waking up every day to that lake is magical and we were so grateful we stayed here. Brian is a great host! He was responsive and friendly, even bringing over fishing poles and a gift for our son. The house is kid friendly with many games and a tree house in the backyard. Our son caught his first fish at this house. The beds are extremely comfortable and the house is well decorated and updated. We loved the screened in patio too. We will stay here again! Beautiful space with great location

We had to wait 7 weeks to move into our new home and spent the 1st 3 weeks in a run down, old, dirty AirBNB. This place was like a breath of fresh air. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Our kids enjoyed fishing every day and we had several smores in the fire pit. House is old and quirky, but it added to the charm of the place.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect to stay in, very cozy and spacious. Perfect spot for our home base when going to Universal for a day. The weather was perfect as well and being able to kayak down the river a bit was very therapeutic. Would love to come back again, especially to visit Tarpon Springs again. Love from Louisiana.

My family and I had an amazing time at this place, the location near the three main attractions we wanted to see was perfect, under an hour drive to Busch gardens, Clearwater Beach, and right down the block from weeki wachee. The additional amenities at the place were perfect, with our impromptu visit to the beach, having access to a umbrella, beach chairs and a wagon was perfect. Obviously the kids loved having the pool! There is also lots of bird watching. The only downfall which is out of his control, is how busy the street is out front with many cars traveling down it very fast, just something to be aware of with little ones.

Hoang is great! Very informative and stayed in contact. His home was very welcoming and comfortable for the 7 young senior boys we rented this house for. All the beds came in handy for our party of 10. Great location, only 25 minutes away from Busch Gardens! Hoang provided all the necessary amenities needed for a successful trip. All I had to buy was food for the fridge for our 4 nights because everything else was provided. Overall our stay was very pleasant. Our boys had a great time!

It was exactly as described. We loved the neighbourhood, very quiet. We loved the fenced backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened area. We ate all our meals outside. Very peaceful. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions

Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The outside area was very comfortable, and the pool was a little chilly this time of year, but we still used it and had a great time! Our only issue was the bed. It was listed as a queen but was actually a full/double. Being 6’4” and 280 lbs, staying with my other half, this made it really difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to use instead. We didn’t bring this up to the host since we were here for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to address it. However, I’m confident the host would have been very helpful if we had reached out. This is a fantastic place with great hosts, and we would recommend it to others—just double-check the bed size if that’s important to you!

Clean and comfortable. Loved the access to the river from the back yard. Perfect little river house… exactly what we were looking for.

Laura’s house was very nice and our family and dogs enjoyed staying there very much. It was extremely clean and recently updated. The neighborhood is very quiet and the canal location offered a nice place to view some wildlife. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Laura is quick to respond to any questions or information you need. Thank you Laura for sharing your get away and for allowing dogs too.

We stayed with family and small children. The place was nice and open and made me feel comfortable knowing I could see them at all times. The home had everything you needed including kitchen ware and pool toys. The view was amazing and just a peaceful place to sit by the pool and watch the boats go by. Renay was great and always responded quickly. We will be coming back next year for our visit!

We had such a great stay at Ashley’s place! The space was clean, fun, and full of positive energy. There was no shortage of things to do—between the pool, paddleboards, canoe, dart board, and ping pong table, we were entertained the entire time. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and everything was well-kept. Ashley and her co-host were incredibly friendly and respectful of our privacy, staying in their own attached living space. We only saw them briefly on Sunday morning while they were outside doing some yard work—otherwise, we had the place to ourselves. It was a perfect spot for me, my 14-year-old daughter, and her group of eight friends. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!

Came to Sunny Oasis for my sister’s bachelorette trip and it was perfect! The house was so cute and newly renovated! Easy drives to both Clearwater and Tampa! Kyle and Mishelle were very responsive and catered to our every need! Could not recommend them and their house more!!!

Sherri’s place was fantastic, perfect for our family. The pool was great and the kids loved fishing off the deck. House was cleans and spacious. Beds were very comfortable too! Definitely recommend staying here! Sherri was so responsive and helpful!

What a beautiful home! Highly recommend staying here!!! Super clean, super cozy, and just perfect in almost every way. We were looking at other places without a pool that were a little cheaper, BUT the pool and enclosed backyard were so worth it….. just spend a little bit more money to have that luxury. Book it and thank me later lol

Ross was an excellent host. Very informative and easy to contact. The house was very comfortable and clean. I really liked the fact that they stocked the necessities with mostly premium products. Not watered down soap or shampoos, Kleenex tissues, etc. The game tables were a nice bonus to the house. I thought the pool was a bit newer in the photos but it was clean and we enjoyed it. I would come back again.

The place was spotless and very welcoming. The access to the river is right around the corner and the dock and patios were a welcome spot to spend down by the water. We definitely had an amazing weekend and would love to book again in the future.

The house @ Infinity Bay is beautiful!!! It’s as pretty as the pictures! We felt like we were at home but with better views! All the amenities you would need and more. We were literally an hour away from every activity we planned during our trip! We visited Ana Maria Island, Shell Island Preserve for clear bottom kayaking and Lego Land! The location is perfect! Away from the big city but close enough to enjoy. Kristen was amazing, super friendly and always quick to respond! We had a blast and can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much!!!
