Conny was such a wonderful host for our girls trip! she had a beautiful home and stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. the pool was very relaxing and clean! and the complementary wine and starter meal was a great touch!

We were in town for work, and Vanessa's property was perfect! After a long day's work, we loved coming back to this property to relax. It was cozy and warm. Vanessa is a GREAT host!

Absolutely loved this place. It was very comfortable and my kids loved the pool. The only negative was not being able to take a bath in the large jetted tub. There wasn’t a stopper provided to be able to fill the tub and relax in the bath. All else was amazing and my kids and I loved it!

Great stay. The place was exactly as described. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space relaxing in the pool and letting the dogs romp in the nice, private fenced yard.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfect for our vacation. There were six of us, and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was a huge plus. The property is fully equipped with all the amenities and kitchen utensils you might need to feel right at home. It’s located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and is conveniently close to Epperson Lagoon. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely love to return in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway.

Beautiful house ! Had a great family reunion. It has a really nice pool and a lake in the back. The house is spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Will def be staying again

Our family enjoyed the home. The eclectic decorations made it feel cozy and brought us a lot of joy. The house feels bigger than the pictures look. The kitchen was so well stocked!! The location is central where you can drive 20 min and all directions and hit everything you want to see in the area. We would absolutely stay again! The home has a wonderful charm to it.

This was our second time staying at David’s place. It is so well and thoughtfully stocked. You will need for nothing. The lake, out back, is beautiful and peaceful. If you are a birder, just go! David is very responsive, and easy to work with. We’ve already made plans to return.

Very helpful got to meet her in person, very bubbly personality loved the energy! Very polite extended our leave time, just loved all of it will definitely come back as soon as possible. I had some issues getting in with the key pad for some time, so had to reach out to the host to get instructions on how to enter. I was able to get in contact and find alternative measures to get in as the key pad wasn’t working. Everything worked well in the end, and it was a pleasant experience. My kids loved the pool, and wanted to leave Busch Gardens just to go back to the pool. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay ! We were in town for a wedding and this house had all the comforts of home !! Do not hesitate to stay here if in the area!

My family had a great vacation at this place. The pool/ lake combo truly was amazing. The backyard with the turf and mini golf provided lots of room for the kiddos to run around. The inside of the house was pristine and super clean. The reclining couches were so comfortable after a day at the pool. We had so much fun that we are already trying to plan another week sometime in the near future. The hosts were so kind, friendly, detailed and responsive. Truly a 5 star place. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay! The home was extremely clean and provided all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable weekend visit. It matched the pictures and description of the listing. This was conveniently located close to the airport and to the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre, where we were attending a show. Also conveniently located close to many restaurants and stores. Brent was easy to communicate with and very responsive anytime we had a question.

Staying at Cynthia's home was stress free, peaceful, and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was an absolute wonderful location and had great accommodations for our entire family. We had a family reunion and there was plenty of space for everyone and no one felt cramped. The boys all loved the pool. The boys loved watching the lizards and trying to catch them. The house was more than comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for a family stay. It has a wonderful location that you can be anywhere from Tarpon Springs, Pasadena, Largo, Clearwater, Wesley Chapel, or Tampa in a very short time. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

We came in town for a baby shower and this place was perfect! It was as described and very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again if we have to come back down to Florida!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a family get together weekend and it was very suited for us to hang out together. Great spot, felt more private than the location would suggest and the host was easy to contact. I would highly recommend this place. We didn't use the pool but it's very nice.

BUT , very rarely you find hosts that are attentive , friendly, and most of all compassionate ‼️ and not just one person each and every person I came in contact with . We had some major family emergency issues and at the last minute they were able to accommodate our family ! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️ I’m definitely booking ONLY with EMPEROR RENTALS ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ love the pool and that sofa bed in the master bedroom and OMG the showers !!! It’s a super nice place thank you guys again !

Home is beautiful and clean, spacious and has everything you need, comfortable furniture, lanai is fantastic (maybe a lounger or 2 more) and the pool....many hours spent in the pool and the fact that it was heated was a bonus. The hosts were very responsive and really go the extra mile by providing cleaning supplies, paper products, trash bags, laundry supplies, towels and shower essentials, and more than enough pool towels. For those families like us who have family members that use a wheelchair, or have mobility issues be advised that the bathrooms are not accessible to your standard wheelchair or power chair as the doorway is too small. This is my fault as I should have asked before booking. The pool deck also has a rather high step down. We found some wood in the garage, and made a ramp for our son to be able to fully enjoy and left in the garage 😉. I highly recommend this home for your next trip to the area, you will not be disappointed. We will book again.
