This is a 40 m2 apartment located in a beautiful Malouine villa, completely refurbished and designed by an interior designer. We are located less than 10 meters from the sand of the Grande Plage de Saint-Cast and a five-minute walk (dragging) from the center of the seaside resort. Ideal for a couple with children, like us. Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.
