Independent studio in a detached house, private terrace and parking, quiet area, near a 15th century windmill, 10 minutes' walk from the beaches, the GR 34 and the village of our seaside village. Perfectly located for visiting the Emerald Coast: St Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, St Cast, Dinan..... 3-star "furnished tourist accommodation" label granted by the French Tourist Office. NB: in summer the rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Outside summer: 2 night minimum rental.

We'll be happy to host you in our fully renovated studio, completed in 2022. Located 200 m from the beach, 50 m from shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants...). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Comfort and charm for this 43 m2 south-facing apartment, on the 1st floor of an old Dinardaise house, loft-style kitchen, 1 bedroom + 1 sleeping area on the mezzanine, bathroom, free Wi-Fi, free parking on the street. Refurbished, on a quiet street 400 m from the beach, shops, market within walking distance. For stays of less than 7 days, a bed linen option is possible (€10/1 double bed). End-of-stay cleaning option possible: (to be discussed on site at check-in).

Accommodation adjoining ours, we are easily available.

Charming fishermen's house 150 m from the beach in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in France ideally located close to all the must-see sites Saint Malo, Cancale, Mont Saint Michel Close to shops where everything is done on foot :) grocery store, bakery, bar, creperie, restaurant. In front of the house, you will enjoy a very sunny area for breakfast. From the bedroom you can access a charming walled garden that is also sunny

An incredible view, a unique location in a beachfront residence Close to tourist places such as Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo, Mont Saint Michel... In the front row to contemplate the spectacle of boats, windsurfers, kites... The rental includes cleaning on departure (€60), bed sheets, bath towels, dish towels and welcome kit. Your beds are made with cotton and/or linen sheets. WiFi included - no TV.
