Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Lancaster County

Very cozy, comfortable cottage with charm and modern upgrades. Private and quiet; lovely view of the water. Comfortable beds and sofa. All amenities, just like home. Three TVs, large screens in LR and MSBR. Large screened porch overlooking water. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

It is a wonderful, private and quiet location. Kayaking, fishing, crabbing, and all. Kristie was super responsive and helpful. I will be definitely returning.

The location is easy to get to and very well maintained. Everything seems brand new and the house is well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The house is surrounded by lots of amazing trees and feels like you’re staying in an amazing tree house. There are plenty of kayaks, fishing poles and water activities to keep everyone happy. The dock is amazing and hours were spent fishing, crabbing, and playing cards and enjoying time with family. Would 100% recommend it to anyone who is thinking of staying here. Thank you again Maria, we had an amazing time.

We stay in about 3-4 Owner rented properties a year for the last 14 years and I can honestly say that this home is one of the most beautiful I have stayed in. It had been impeccily renovated and updated. It is beautifully decorated. It feels so clean, spacious and warm. The house is well maintained and appointed. Kelli is extremely responsive. I highly recommend.

We had a great stay over the holiday weekend! The stay was spacious and had beautiful views on the water. Lots of amenities just wish it was warmer to take out the kayaks. Very interested in staying here again maybe sometime over the summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Guesthouse. The place is like a home away from home, with a well-stocked and modern open kitchen, games and other activities ready to play, and many ways to regulate the temperature of any area. We also appreciated that there were extra blankets and towels in case we needed them. It is a bit of a drive past the intersection in White Stone proper, but the drive is relaxed and interesting. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Wonderful stay! I loved the home. Place was super clean and very comfy. Lots of nice touches in house. Went out for dinner one night. Options are limited unless you are willing to drive 30 minutes. Chitterchats second scoop ice cream is a great spot to hit up. It is helpful to have shoes that can stay in the water. There are bugs if wind isn’t blowing, so plan accordingly. No sand toys on property. I’d probably bring some next time for kids. The gas is not propane but charcoal, something I didn’t realize til I arrived. Saw turtles, snakes, bald eagle, deer, bunnies and even a shark sighting.

Talk about being sad 😢to leave! Sometimes a location for an air BnB just hits it out of the park, and this is a great example. We LOVED our stay and took advantage of the yard and beautiful view daily! We fished off the dock and shore. Tip, since it is tidal water as long as you are on the shore or dock you don’t need a fishing license. Our pups loved the yard and going for a swim. There are a lot of great places to eat within a 30min drive. We were on a work trip, but would love to come back when we could take advantage of everything this place has to offer. It’s a gem! The surrounding area is fun to explore if you like antiques and boutiques. We loved the local vibe! You will have a great time.

Bernadette's place is a fantastic getaway - very peaceful. The place is exactly as described. I thoroughly enjoyed the use of Bernadett 's kayak and paddle board (as well as walking ans running in her neighborhood and visiting Bethel Beach). I'd love to come back another time!

Jacqueline’s place was lovely. There were many thoughtful touches such as blueberry muffins upon our arrival and numerous toiletries available for our use. The bed was very comfortable, and the entire place in good order. We visit this area regularly and will happily stay here again!

My adult son said this was the best airbnb pick I'd made over the years! We rested AND had fun switching between pickleball, basketball, putting and kayaking. Kitchen was the perfect size and had all the basics for cooking a full meal. Beds were comfortable, roomy and every room had great views of the water and property. We loved everything about our stay

I spent 2+ months at Jocelyn’s and got quite comfortable! It’s definitely a ways away from things, but that was fine for me during that time. Communication was great. Jocelyn and family were nearby but never intrusive. I probably won’t be staying near Gloucester any time soon, but if I did I would definitely check Jocelyn’s availability first.

Frank was a great host! We hit traffic and got in super late, and he was very accommodating! We hope to head back in the future when we can actually get to stay longer and enjoy some wine!

The Salty Sisters Studio is charming and warm. With soft yellow walls, a few painted pieces of furniture, and a small bookcase that invites to be browsed, it was exactly the get-away I was hoping it would be. It was also incredibly clean. Although Salty Sisters is a dog-friendly rental, I did not see any trace of a dog ever having been there; it was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh. If I were wealthy, I would rent the Studio for the entire season, just so that I could come and go at my own whim. It is perfection.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet area, nice comfortable space. The gravel road leading in (maybe a half-mile long) and driveway gave us a good area for morning and evening dog walks. We did not end up doing any fishing but the pond looked like a great place for kayak fishing. Not specific to the house but in the area: Rita's Cafe in Weems was great (food truck on a small road)--Chef Craige usually has a special and some regular menu items. Leadbellys (at Fairport Marina) had good oysters and hush puppies and was convenient for our first night. River Market in White Stone has good food to be ordered at the rear counter and prepared items in the coolers. Out of the Oven Bakery (White Stone) had great bread Miss Mary's seafood, also in White Stone had great fresh fish and prepared items. The three places in White Stone are very close to each other so convenient when running out.

We are two families that met up for a relaxing getaway after celebrating a high school graduation. This was the perfect place. The downstairs had lots of games and a big screen for them to hook their switch up to. We watched movies upstairs. And use the well-equipped kitchen each night to make a big dinner. The kids took the kayaks and canoe out one afternoon as well. Although I would say they definitely wouldn’t swim there. Compass entertainment complex is very close and they enjoyed their time there. We also went to a movie there one night. It is a beautiful home in a peaceful setting. Especially down on the dock at night. It was very quiet. We would definitely recommend this home.

Loved staying here, though there wasn't much to do around it is within a 30 minute drive to Williamsburg! Enjoyed the peaceful setting as it was great for our dog! The wifi didn't work well but was nice to be disconnected a bit, would recommend staying here for a quite time!

We piled 5 adults and a toddler into the house on Kelley Neck Drive, and it worked just fine! Bathrooms, AC, kitchen, appliances, etc, all worked perfectly, the furniture was comfortable and in good shape, and the house was spacious. The yard was perfect for us, but might have been small for older kids, and I wish there had been more than one kayak (but even one kayak was a bonus!) The heron was fishing at the mouth of the our private lagoon every morning, and an osprey and eagle visited as well. We barely heard any neighbors, and the nights were quiet and peaceful. Thank you!

My husband and I enjoy staying at Cheryl’s place. We have been here in the winter and summer. It is a cute little house and the area is nice and peaceful. It is dog friendly and our boys love walking up and down the quiet road. Cheryl is a great host and always responsive. We will stay there again.

Nice, refinished, old home. Had just what we needed with no clutter. Enjoyed the stay for weekend wedding.

Said it last time and I’ll say it again; 11/10 stars. This place is undisputed best bang for your buck.l! It’s beautiful, comfortable, and private. This is my favorite place in the area and I try to snag it anytime it’s open! Close enough to do all the exploring; far enough out to do some good relaxing!
