Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Lancaster County

This house was perfect for our family, multiple large bedrooms and bathrooms, with extra linens, and pillows available as needed. Even some Staples in the kitchen, such as sugar, salt and pepper, coffee filters. The kids had a wonderful time playing outside, and we even used the fire pit. Very large backyard to play in. We love that the house was so close to restaurants and shopping, but not too close, we were out of sight and sounds of any traffic. We would definitely come back here if we are staying in Charlotte! We loved it!!

Kate's is such a wonderful and kind host, so thoughtful and considerate. We were dealing with the passing of a very well loved family member and needed to all be together during this tough time. Kate's warm welcome and detailed, thoughtful instructions made our stay in her house so comforting. Upstairs bedrooms included the beautiful master suite, elegant bathroom and a bonus room with childrens toys and games. The main level included another bedroom and bathroom, so appreciated after long days of travel. Great, fully equipped spotlessly clean kitchen, stocked for guests with K cups & ground coffee. Kate also had a collection of toys and games for kids, toddlers and even babies in the under-the-stairs closet. But sadly we were so busy I missed seeing them until after the baby, five year old and their mamas and daddies went home. The house has a lovely backyard, lots of outdoor seating. Blooming red azaleas when were there made for beautiful family photos. Great park, short walk away.

Exceeded expectations! Extremely comfortable and spacious, inside and outside. We would definitely stay again. We stayed at Joanna’s place with my brother and his family for our sister’s wedding weekend. Four adults and four young kids and there was plenty of room. The large fenced yard was great for the kids. The bedrooms were very large and easily fit our four pack and plays. We spent a lot of time on the many porches and decks. The place was walking distance to downtown and we enjoyed walking to breakfast every morning!

Was a great location, quiet and peaceful. Proximity to shops in driving distance.

Wonderful place to stay and highly recommended. This is our second visit because it works so well for our family. It's comfortable, quiet, relaxing and very close to our son and his family in Charlotte. It's always going to be our "home base" for future visits as it feels just like home 🏡

Our stay was wonderful!! The house was big enough for our family(plus fur child) daughter's family,and my mom. Loved the big kitchen, all the bedrooms, bathrooms, pool table and fireplace. It was nice having a carport to be able to unload our groceries since a pop-up thunderstorm decided to happen when we went to grocery store. We came for the Metallica concert- but hoping to be able to come again and visit some more of surrounding areas of Charlotte- and would love to stay again at the Wesley House!! (Son loved Wesley in the backyard)

We loved staying at this house! The house offered so much to do and the area was nice. The house as clean and organized, the beds were very comfortable. Polo was so good at responding quickly any time I had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

Janae was in constant communication to ensure our stay was a great experience. The house was clean and well maintained. The fenced in yard was great for our dog to roam around. Thank you Janae for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home and for being a great host!

My husband and I spent an extended weekend in Waxhaw for a family event. This rental was absolutely perfect in every way! We were less than a mile from our family, the location was private, secluded and beautiful. The rental was just stunning, from the building itself down to every little decor detail inside. The space was clean and inviting. After long activity filled days, this was the perfect quiet retreat. Nestled in the woods with cozy outdoor seating, it was the perfect way to end a day. The inside was immaculate. The linens were fresh and there were plenty of towels available. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the mini split kept the place comfortable no matter how hot or humid the outside was. We are already looking forward to booking again on our next trip down! As a bonus, we found Cane Creek Park just minutes away and spent two days there fishing! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

Sandra’s home was beautiful & the perfect getaway. We stayed there while we were visiting to attend the PGA. A short drive to downtown Fort Mill, which had coffee, restaurants, and grocery stores, and only a 20-30 minute drive to Charlotte. The place was private, clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

This is an easy 5/5 - or up it to 100 stars! Ginger’s place was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and well-appointed. We were in the area for a lacrosse tournament, and I appreciated the quiet setting of this place (way better than staying inside the city or at a hotel). It was just my daughter and I staying, but this place would easily accommodate a family of 4. We hosted two lacrosse moms and their daughters for pizza dinner one night, and it was a perfect setting for our daughters to hang out while the moms visited on the porch (MUCH better than going to a busy loud restaurant). If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here. Highly recommend for space, kitchen set-up (we prepared four of our meals with ease), cleanliness, comfort, and just a beautiful, peaceful setting after a long, hot, busy day of sports and traffic.
