Ideally located in a small village in the Vosges du Nord Regional Park, this small NON-SMOKING studio is accessible via a separate entrance on the ground floor of our house. The studio has the central heating of our house and its kitchenette is equipped with a multifunction mini-oven and a refrigerator. In the bathroom: a shower, a sink and a toilet. The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

In the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park, the cottage (former barn) is part of an 18th century farmhouse that has been completely renovated. The 45 m² duplex has a 22 m² private terrace with views of the vineyards and orchards. The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom (180 x 200 cm bed) and garage (parking for electric car). Non-smoking accommodation.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
