Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. Our apartment for 2-3 people with a view of the Kitzsteinhorn is in a quiet location, 100 m from Lake Zell with private property. The apartment consists of a room, a hallway and a bathroom with bathtub. The living room is also used as a bedroom. There is a cozy sofa and a double bed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake.

Obernock mountain farm

Our small mountain farm Obernock is located at 1160 m above sea level and can be reached via a 4 km long, paved mountain road. The newly built farmhouse in 2021 is located on the sunny Taxberg in Taxenbach, where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. All hiking areas (Dienten, Gastein, Rauris, Kaprun, Zell am See) are within 20 kilometers. We offer fresh "organic milk" from our dairy cows.

The apartment is located in the city center - by foot to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of: April 2025.
