Mike was a wonderful host! He was attentive and the house was BEAUTIFUL & clean. When i needed his help, he responded with swiftness which was appreciated! I also loved that he left his # for us to call if we needed anything :) Would love to check out other properties hosted by him.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Sandra’s home was beautiful & the perfect getaway. We stayed there while we were visiting to attend the PGA. A short drive to downtown Fort Mill, which had coffee, restaurants, and grocery stores, and only a 20-30 minute drive to Charlotte. The place was private, clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

The place was nice, neat and peaceful! I had a little issues getting in but Brian was prepared with alternatives. I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for creating such a comfortable place for us to stay. The conveniences you put into these cottages have made the stay seamless for our son as he completes his hospital clinicals nearby. We’ve enjoyed him being in the other side of the duplex - and glad he’s enjoyed it, too :o) - this Father’s Day weekend. We’ve packed lots of fun into our long weekend. The most comfortable bed was a treat to keep us moving the next day. We definitely recommend and will stay again when up this way. Perfect location for Charlotte, too. We enjoyed staying in a smaller city with lots to do but also close to Charlotte. Warm regards!

Ken and Susan’s place was in a great location! It’s peaceful and quiet, but also close to the city. It was a great value, and we had a lovely stay.

Tabitha's Country Cottage was just what we needed as a base to attend our youngest grandson's graduation. it is in the country, very peaceful and quiet. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. A great place to unwind after a busy day!

Outstanding place right outside of Charlotte. Best hosts I’ve ever had. Perfect spot or a small family getaway or a couple buddies on a fishing/golf trip.

Excellent home! It had plenty of space for our family of three. Conveniently located with many options for food and shopping. We enjoyed the large patio and yard and the walking trail behind the house was really neat! We will definitely keep this place on our list for future trips to the area!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautiful, has everything you need, and being right on the lake was amazing! My extended family came into Charlotte for a wedding at Camelot Meadows, which is about a 10 minute drive away. This beautiful home was exactly what we needed; space, tranquility, beauty, peacefulness, plenty of room, and comfort! It was a total of seven of us, and we each had plenty of room, comfortable beds and large spacious bathrooms to share. The house is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need while away from home. The view of the lake and the backyard area is incredible. We plan to come back to NC and stay at this home. The owners were wonderful at communicating everything we needed to have a nice stay. Thank you

Helena was extremely accommodating when our plans changed last minute and left us scrambling for a new place to stay. The home is beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable!

The space was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! Tastefully decorated and thoughtful furniture placement with tables/lamps/etc. The kitchen was small but mighty! Fully stocked and had everything you’d need to cook a meal! Plenty of silverware and tableware, including plastic bowls and plates for kids! The coffee and cookies were a wonderful touch! The only thing to note is regarding accessibility. The only way to access the floors are with very narrow spiral stairs. Those with young children or limited mobility may have difficulty accessing all parts of the home. You can walk/drive around out back, but it would not be convenient. There is one half bath on the main middle floor and a full bathroom downstairs. The full bathroom could also benefit from a handheld shower head for those with limited mobility as well as showering young children. We did not venture out to the outdoor spaces much, but the inside was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

My family’s stay at the Sporty Lakeview Ranch was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked into the house we felt at home. The house is decorated beautifully and is very accommodating for a large family. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance needed to prepare large meals. A binder was provided with information on how to operate fireplace, grill, and fire pit. All the bedrooms were nicely decorated. The bathrooms were very spacious and well stocked. The backyard was a family dream with an outdoor kitchen, beautiful fire pit, and a variety of games available for family fun. Our family’s favorite was playing pickle ball, baseball, basketball and eating s’mores by the fire pit. We hope to return next May.

Carmen’s place was centrally located, spotless and she helped accommodate some requests which made our stay easy. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Easy to work with and easy to get into.

The place was very cute, clean, and in an excellent location! Whenever we are back in Charlotte, this will be the first place we check for availability. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and found a perfect stay at Edward’s condo. It was convenient to South Park, Quail Hallow and many delicious restaurants. The unit was wonderful with many amenities to make the stay feel like home. With a full kitchen and appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry during our week long stay. Edward was a great host and we will stay there again if we are in the Charlotte area.

Great stay. Host was super responsive. Only a twenty minute walk from Bank of America Stadium. The place had everything a person or couple would need for a great weekend in Charlotte.

Loved our stay! Lots of coffee shops and restaurants were in walkable distance, neighbors were not noisy, and the place was very nice. Would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Charlotte
