My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Newly remodeled, super clean one bedroom (in-law) apartment, approx. 375 sf. Three blocks from the beach 7-10 min walk. Covered deck, backyard on water to watch ducks, herons, fish. This is one bedroom with a queen bed, a Frontgate queen bed (stored in closet) , 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with bar and eat in area for 4. There is a large outdoor eating and seating area for 4 to 6. There is a private walkway to the unit and an outdoor shower. The property is located on the ocean side of Atlantic Avenue so there is no crossing a busy street to get to the beach.

This corner unit, the largest and most private in Oceans ll Condominium complex, is on the 3rd floor and offers beautiful, expansive views at both sunrise and sunset.
