Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lake Simcoe

My husband and I spent our first year anniversary at Lanny & Jennifer’s beautiful property. Right from the start, they made us feel right at home by greeting us and giving us a walk through of the property. We never felt so at home at an air b n b! The place is so well kept - clean, smelled great & had all the essentials. We felt safe and at home throughout the stay. The pool was well kept and the laundry was an amazing addition. The neighbour hood is quiet and close to all the stores. The hosts were extremely personable and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this property and we will be back!

I had a great stay! The location was super convenient, and the space felt so comfortable and homey. Sahiya and Gibran were really responsive and accommodating, which made everything easy. Would definitely book again!

I had a wonderful stay at Natalie's place. It was a great location, close to many amenities, yet quiet and peaceful. The studio felt comfortable and welcoming with a thoughtful design. I appreciated Natalie's responsiveness and proactive instructions which made my trip super easy. I would highly recommend this studio.

I had a great experience staying here. Gaby provides clear instructions before arrival for an easy and private check-in. I didn’t need to use many of the amenities during my stay, but it has everything you may need and there is plenty of space. Highly recommend if you need lodging in the northern Toronto suburbs!

Very accommodating for young children!! I would stay again anytime. My only complaint would be the extra cost we had to pay for bbq, bbq was clearly listen in the ammmenities but upon arrival discovered a 25$ sign on the bbq. We planned our day so we could be at the bnb for supper and save a little bit of money only to discover the added cost. That should be stated in the listing prior to booking.

This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, spotless from top to bottom. Everything was incredibly neat, well-organized, and thoughtfully labeled with clear instructions, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. Mary truly went above and beyond in every way. She was super responsive when we had questions about local fishing tackle shops, and her attention to detail in the home was amazing. She left us a selection of teas, snacks, travel-sized lotion and hand sanitizer, and other small touches that made the whole place feel like a cozy hotel retreat. The neighborhood was peaceful and within easy walking distance of the lake a perfect location to unwind. Would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host.

What a dream location for our family to spend a week of relaxation and fun! The home was as beautiful in person as it was in the photos, and Paola was a lovely host. l Every last detail was thought of and truly made for such a memorable stay. We hope to return in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront cottage in Innisfil! The location is absolutely stunning—waking up to serene lake views every morning was pure bliss. The cottage itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the lake. Tristan’s stay was amazing! From booking to checking out the entire process was seamless, not to mention the amenities in the AIRBNB were amazing - remember to bring your own toiletries but other than that - FANTASTIC stay chef’s kiss! Stephanie was wonderful and the space she has is so perfect! Love that there is main floor back door access and super easy to get in and out of the parking garage as she’s on the main floor. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this stylish comfortable condo in a nice neighbourhood. The condo itself is very clean and has everything,and more,than you need. The brita filter is a big plus ! Comfortable beds, luxurious linnen and a good washer an dryer made us not wanting to leave... Thank you Ron (and Anna)

We had an amazing time at Kevin’s place! It was the perfect peaceful getaway from the city. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed to relax and unwind.
