Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lake Silvaplana

Everything is great, happy to come again!

This is such a lovely place to stay!! There are amazing views from every window of the mountains and the little red train. A very short walk to the Diavolezza and Lagalb cable cars. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well equipped (we made food from scratch each evening and had all the utensils we needed). In addition Maddalena has made the space very cosy and there are lots of thoughtful and welcoming touches. Would love to stay here again!

Nice place for the money paid.

We booked Maik's place for a week of cross-country skiing holidays. The large network of trails is a 10-minute walk away. You can do a lot on foot or by public transport. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace with lots of sun and best views. Kitchen is small but well equipped. The bed very comfortable. What late sleepers may need to know, the traffic and snow removal are clearly audible early in the morning. Communication with Maik was very straightforward. We will be happy to come back!

Absolut perfect stay, great directions, flexible check out and Stefania is very responsive for questions or any information needed. The appartment is great equipment, there is everything you need and more to have a comfortable stay. 10/10 can only reccomend, thanks a lot again.

Our stay at Claudia’s was nothing short of fabulous - her home was a highlight of our two days in Como. We were so eager to enjoy her patio and view of the city / lake we opted to eat dinner at home both nights of our stay. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and Claudia gave us great recommendations to make our time the best possible.

Cozy place with a great balcony view!

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

We have an excellent stay on the lake. Beautiful views and in a quieter area away from crowds!

A great, cozy apartment with everything you need to feel comfortable quickly. It is very cozy, you look into the countryside, the stream rushes. Our two teenagers were also thrilled. Fabrizio is a very warm and open host with tips and good information. From our point of view, almost an insider tip if you are looking for nature and yet want to quickly go shopping by bus or stroll through Locarno.

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

The accommodation is spacious, super clean and the local pizza place is a gem. Luca is a fantastic host who is extremely friendly and goed the extra mile with local recommendations. Just a fantastic place!!

Doris' place is recommended in all respects. The studio is very well furnished and very clean. Surroundings is quiet. You can use the wonderful garden overlooking Lake Maggiore. Communication with Doris is possible at any time, we received clear and precise instructions on where the studio is located and how to find the key to it. Thank you for the great stay in Minusio. We had a wonderful stay in Chesa Paulina. On one side, the house is beautifully historical (we even decided to skip visiting Museum Engiadinais that demonstrates historic house interiors, since we lived in one :) ), on the other side, all amenities are modern and there is everything you need. The house was very clean and well organized. With regard to the surroundings, the playground was a blast with our kids, and Zuoz is one of the most beautiful and historic towns in Engadin. At the same time, Volg (grocery store) on the main square is open 7 days a week and is only a 2 minute walk from the house. We did many day trips using the train into the surrounding towns for various activities (trails, horse riding, going up Diavolezza with the cable car, strolling along the St Moritz lake), which was very convenient as well. And one can watch beautiful nature, houses and farms out of the train window. All in all, this was a great vacation and I highly recommend Priscilla's house!

This is my second time staying at Walter and Mariuccia’s place. I love their home because we really feel at our home. They are very kind and responsive hosts. Again, I love their surroundings. Mountains, rivers, cute cities close by. I highly recommend their place to stay and for sure I will go back again.

We had an all-around pleasant stay! Communication with the host was excellent – fast, friendly and solution-oriented. We would like to emphasize how accommodating he was: a suitable solution was found immediately for every small concern. The location of the apartment is also ideal. It is very well connected to public transport, so you can easily arrive without a car and explore the surroundings. Overall, absolutely recommended!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

The place is cozy, very quiet, well furnished, decorated in the style of the area, the beds are fantastic. Everything is of impeccable quality and functional. Zuoz is a nice place with a train station and shopping. From Zuoz there are wonderful hiking trails, and in general the Upper Engadine offers a wide variety of outdoor activities. Some villages, such as the neighboring village of S-chanf, delight the eye with a lot of old building fabric and newer houses that continue the old style.

By far the best airbnb during my trip to Italy. This place has all the accommodations you would need and more. I wish I could take this airbnb with me for the rest of my trip.

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had a place with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to enjoy the environment. The room was very good, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a crib… even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of small touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruit, yogurt, beer… And for those who like their peace and quiet, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, that would really be the cherry on top. But otherwise, everything was great, a real slice of heaven
