Beautiful place, I really recommend

Jordan’s place was well-appointed with every basic you could need, & some extras. Highlights were CLEANLINESS, COMFORT, & exceptional COMMUNICATION! The bathroom was clearly newly-renovated (as in, BRAND NEW!) & the bed/bedding were comfortable & cozy. Some things to be aware of: 1) The building/structure itself kind of felt like a college dorm, which isn’t good or bad, just fyi. 2) When there was some sound in an adjoining unit, I could hear everything, but it only happened once & even those sounds were relatively quiet. 3) I arrived after dark & it’s a little complex getting in, but fortunately Jordan’s instructions were excellent so it went smoothly. Again, Jordan’s communication couldn’t be better: quick, clear, helpful, professional. Bonus: On my way out I needed help with something (not related to Airbnb) & the building manager was as kind & helpful as anyone could be. It’s a great studio & provided everything I needed for my night in the area! Thanks again, Jordan. :)

Victoria was quick to reply. We were in town for a wedding and were able to check in early to get ready before the event. Looks just like the pictures and has a place to park your car not on the street which is nice.

This was a very clean nice property. The staff really respectful and helpful during check in. High recommended for anyone visiting the area of Charleston. The company did a wonderful job with utilizing their buildings to meet the expanding needs of traveling professionals for fun, leisure or visiting local family members.

I appreciated that the instructions were clear and concise. I had a great sense of security. The apartment was far under priced for the historic ambiance that was elegant in my opinion. I am pleased I found Mark's apartment and highly recommend staying here. As I will be booking my stay when I come back to visit my family. Mark, thank you for allowing me to stay. We loved staying here!!! We would absolutely book this rental again in the future. Here are some things we loved. - [ ] Larger than expected - [ ] Nicely styled - [ ] Great view of nature out back - [ ] Very clean and smelled fresh - [ ] Lots of conveniences like hangers, tide pods, washer dryer, deck of cards - [ ] Comfy mattresses - [ ] Lots of pillows - [ ] Great shower - [ ] Large tvs - [ ] Owners amazing at communicating and very accommodating. They even gave us info on a local spot we couldn’t find info online about. Definitely worth the money and will be back!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. We could not have asked for more. Nancy was always checking in to see that we were not needing anything. She was wonderful and her home is extremely nice and homey. I must say the first time the auto shades went up and down on their own scared me to death. I could not figure out on how to get the shades up until I saw the remote control. I highly recommend this b&b you will love the place. So easy to find also and Nancy recommended different places to eat. There is a gas station and great place to eat right at the next street.

Beautiful house. I love the pond as well. I would love to come back when I’m not working, there are some of the biggest bluegill I’ve seen in my life!

Mark is a great host and goes above and beyond to ensure guests’ comfort. He was very kind to offer an early check in and also left the fridge stacked with food for all of us. The surroundings were lush green and enjoyable through the backyard. Lovely host and lovely place!

Jennifer’s place was a perfect location for our family to all be together in one place instead of a hotel. House was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The sectional in the living room was so comfortable to just relax on or watch a movie. Beds were comfortable for a good night’s rest. Jennifer and Jennifer were very responsive and helpful with questions. I think this is a newer property for them so the house is missing those homey touches that make each Airbnb unique and they could use some additional glasses in the kitchen for drinks but those may be added as time goes on and didn’t affect our stay. Well worth it for the overall value.

Nice and fun place to stay very spacious

My 76yr old mother and I made the trip from Corpus Christi, TX for the birth of my granddaughter and spend time with my grandson, granddaughter, son and daughter-in-law who live in the area. Great communication with Christine! Very quiet neighborhood with big beautiful trees and cobblestone streets (in the area). Beds are comfortable along with the pillows. The home has everything you need to feel at home! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you again Christine for hosting us again!

We had a really nice stay at the Cozy Cottage. The rental was clean, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. It was a bonus to be walking distance from a grocery store.
