We have stayed there twice and look forward to staying there again.

We loved staying there. It was Father's Day weekend, and we brought our boat. We could put in a few minutes away and dock at Steven's place right across the street. The home was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed playing pool in the evenings. The house is close to a grocery store and not far from the Rainbow River or the Withlacoochee River. The house was comfortable and had all the necessary items for cooking. Beautiful area!!

Extremely beautiful scenery in and around the springs, friendly all around and sunbathing my the pool. We all had a great time.

Easy access to the River. Boat dock had plenty of room for my 26ft boat. Enjoyed having the pool and loved the layout of the house. This is a good home for a family or even if you have a few more guest with the split floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for everything,Enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

The home was very welcoming. There are even doggie treats in the foyer as you walk in. Sandra has everything you would need. She is wonderful about responding. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a rental. The mattress was just right and they have down comforters and pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything. We loved the Espresso machine! So yummy! It is quiet on the end of a canal. We did not use the kayaks but did use the pool. We rented kayaks at Kings Bay so we could go to the springs. It really was a wonderful vacation. Thank you Sandra!

The house had everything supplied and more. There was a welcome basket that was sweet! The beds were very comfortable. Loved the open kitchen, dining room, livingroom. Perfect place to play games together as a family!

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

Jesus was more than accommodating and the home was absolutely beautiful and clean. The kids played in the pool and there was plenty of sleeping spots. I would highly recommend staying here, I know I will be staying there again.

Sunshine&Whiskey is a fully equipped peaceful getaway in Dunnellon, FL. Minutes from KP hole and the state park at Rainbow River, it was exactly what our family needed to have a relaxing and fun holiday! If you’re a paddler or outdoor enthusiast, this is your spot. This home is also close (roughly 30 minutes) to Devil’s Den and Cedar Lakes Woods & Garden botanical gardens. Check out Beautiful Creatures farm tour where you will not be disappointed, this is for kids & adults! Not to mention, the home was very clean, the host responsive and amenities galore! There are shampoo/body wash dispensers, charging ports on the bedside lamps and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast, lunch & dinner-multiple times. The backyard is fenced in and private, the pool lovely. The neighborhood is quiet and the back porch poolside is the place to be with a cup of tea or coffee at sunset and sunrise. Book Matt’s place now!

We really enjoyed our stay at Donavan's place! Plenty of room for all members of our family to spread out and relax. The pool was great and the reclining chairs in the living room were awesome! It had everything we needed. This was the perfect place to use as a home base while in the area for my FIL's 90th birthday celebration! Thanks Donavan!

The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. 10 out of 10 would recommend! I have traveled all over the US and often utilize Airbnb and this is going down in the books as one of my favorite homes! The house itself is like a time capsule. Lots of antique furniture and nostalgic pieces of the past. But also super clean, comfortable and up-to-date. The amenities are also amazing! Everything was clean, well organized, and ready to use. The main river is about a 15 minute paddle, but it’s gorgeous. My kids said this might be one of their favorite vacations we’ve ever taken! The Neighbor kids even came over and joined us for a game of basketball. All of the neighbors seemed super friendly. The house is also well stocked with things like pans, dishes, silverware, extra blankets, pillows, etc. And sitting on the deck for morning, coffee and to relax in the evening is amazing. Communication with the host was easy and painless. We will most definitely be staying again!

A beautiful space on the Rainbow River, you won’t regret staying here! The home is lovely and comfortable and the location can’t be beat if you enjoy nature and privacy. We didn’t use the guest house for our family of 4 but if we had a slightly larger group it would be a great option to spread out. This is a space for quiet time and relaxation, not to be loud or to party, which we appreciated. We arrived on Memorial day and the river was busy but the rest of the stay there was less boat traffic, just a few casual tubers and kayakers floating by. It has lots of floats and water gear and we brought our own canoe which can easily be launched from the yard. We made some fantastic family memories swimming, fishing and cooking off of the back deck and would love to come back next summer! Thanks!

Excellent stay. I was in town for an event and towing a 28’ trailer. There was more than enough room and Dennis was helpful in letting me know where to park. The property is peaceful and serene. One of my favorite Airbnb’s to date. I had accidentally locked myself out of the home and Dennis responded right away and sent someone to help me get in very quickly. Great host. Highly recommend!

Kristen was a wonderful host. Friendly & accommodating. The house was lovely, comfortable, and well equipped. I especially loved the upstairs loft with the picture window that offered a great view of the surrounding marshlands from the upstairs desk. The outdoor spaces were great for cookouts & fishing too if you’re up for a little kayaking. There are set of wind chimes that sing the most beautiful melody creating an almost hypnotically relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend!!

I had a fantastic stay at Alexa’s place in Ocala. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. Alexa was an exceptional host, friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The location was peaceful yet close to great restaurants and everything Ocala has to offer. Vicki’s place was so peaceful and relaxing. She thought of everything to make it comfy and homelike. We enjoyed taking the kayaks and exploring the springs and then coming back to cook on the grill and sit by the fire.
